63 Party Bus

On and about *** myself & my boyfriend (Barry ***)signed a contract with 63 Party Bus for service on *** in which we paid a $*** deposit with Barry's credit card. On *** we paid the remaining balance of $*** for our reservation on ***. On *** Barry & I were involved in a motorcycle accident ***. I contacted Richard from 63 Pary Bus & explained our situation & asked if we could postpone our service with them until *** & he agreed. On ***, literally 1 hour before we were supposed to be picked up for our party Richard texted me & said that he was going to have to cancel our bus due to an issue with the bus from the night before. He asked if I would like to reschedule or get a full refund, I told him we wanted a full refund & he has not refunded our money yet. I have tried numerous times to contact him & have left messages & he refuses to answer them. I think he knows that we can't dispute the charge on our credit card because too much time has elapsed since we paid it. I am very disappointed in their business practices! I hope you can help us.
