They took payment for an item I paid for online, and failed to ship it. They also refused to issue a refund and won't respond.
The current business is 621 Cycles (621cycles.com). They never shipped a CruzPac Mid-Size Touring Motorcycle Trunk that I ordered and paid for. I paid $450 for the item on June 2 through ***. The item is made to order. After a few weeks, *** said he was waiting on hinges to come in to complete the trunk. Another few weeks went by and he said he was still waiting on said hinges. I asked him to ship the trunk as is and I would get the hinges locally. He said he would and that was the last contact with him. Follow on emails haven't been returned and there is no phone number to contact him or the business.

Desired Outcome

I'd prefer a refund, but if the motorcycle trunk is still available, I would accept that.

I tried several times on 11/13 - 11/5 to get a refund and was told the he did not have the funds when he actually did.

Scootworks actually ended up refunding me the money saturday morning novemeber the 16th.

This sham company ripped me of in 2014, but by the time I gave up trying to get my part or money refunded, the time frame to file a Revdex.com complaint had expired. If you do business with this company, you are just throwing your money out the window.

621 Cycles is same address as scootworks. I'm sure same company ***.
On April 2, 2019 I ordered a tour pack for my 2010 Harley for $550.00 from 621 cycles using *** friends and family that he talked me into using it helped him with taxes since he partly retired. Well the whole month of April it was excuse after excuse. I told him on May 2, 2019 im done waiting and tired of excuses to send my $550.00 back just like I sent him. Well he said he would now its been 20 days and more excuses. I have all email converstions and *** conerstions if need.

I ordered my Custom Trunk for my 2012 Harley and its been 5 months now and I have never recived my order.
I order my Harley Trunk back in January of this year paid 820.00 through a *** electeonic transaction ID# - *** abd have never recived my product or money/refund.

Ordered and paid for product on 7/26/2018. Never received my order.
Ordered and paid for the low rider suspension lowering kit on 7/26/2018 from *** Told me to expect package in 8-10 business days. After 2 weeks and no package, I contacted *** (who is the owner of 621 cycles). Told me the package was sent. Another week went by and no package. Contacted him again, he said he'd look into it. Days after that I contacted again, he said his shipping hub made a mistake and sent the package to a different address. He then told me he was sending a shipping label to that person so they could send me the package directly. Another 2 weeks went by and noboackage. I contacted *** again, he said that person shipped the package back to his company instead of me. *** then said he would get it in the mail right away to me. Still no package. It has been 2 months now. I did research online to find that many other people have had this very same ordeal with this company. I called the *** police of NC and they knew exactly who I was talking about before giving them full detail. This police department has had many calls regarding ***from 621 Cycles and his previous company Scootworks. The police however cannot do anything for me because this isn't a criminal offense.

Desired Outcome

I want the product I ordered! No more excuses! I want it sent to my correct address with proper documentation/tracking info. If that can't be done, I want my money back!

On Sept 7, 2017 I made a down payment through*** of $250 to start fabrication of a belt drive for my Honda Motorcycle. Part never sent to me.

Status emails were exchanged on Oct 8, 2017 and Dec 11, 2017.
Various reasons for delay were given.
Emails since that date have not been responded to.
Since*** only acts up until 180 days, I suspect their MO is to extend the process until that deadline is passed.
I was ignorant of similar complaints already lodged about this practice.

Since they obviously do not intend to honor this purchase I would like a refund of my down payment.

I had paid $1200 for two belt drives and waited 2 months while they had my money. I heard every excuse in the book as to why there was no invoice and no tracking number. In the end I had to contact the credit card company to get my money back. These people are outright liars and will take your money with no intent of ever fulfilling your order. They should be in jail.

I made an order with 621 cycles in Nov. 2017. I have contact Mr. several times through texting. He has constantly given me reasons as to why my order has not been shipped. His wife was ill, he lost the order, he found the order and will ship it out right away, his pipes froze in the shop. He sent the order out and gave me the tracking number, which when checked the postal service said they never received the package to be shipped. It has been 3 months and I have asked for my money to be returned, said basically his wife will mail it out as she handles all of this. I have no idea how this man can stay in business, basically he is a fraud and a thief. I do not recommend doing business with either of his companies. 621 cycles or Scoot Works.

Company stole my money. Never received part. Called the local police in the town. Owner is well known as a thief. Do not send any money to this guy. Detectives stated that the have received over 20 complaints for the same reason. Help put this criminal in jail!

I ordered a lowering kit and spring compressor from them. I never received the product and was told a refund was issued. I never received a refund and that is the last I have heard from them. I am being ignored now. I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com but given their lack of responses to previous complaints I do not expect it to be resolved. I will be suing if it cannot be resolved through Revdex.com.

Failed to mail out parts I payed for then, when a refund was requested, failed to issue refund.
Started in mid December when I contacted the owner of scootworks.com and ordered a spring compressor and lowering kit for my motorcycle. I was charged $150.98 but never received the products. I contacted the same email about shipping multiple times and I was assured that it was shipped but never received a tracking number. When I contacted the seller about a refund I got multiple excuses as to why I haven't yet received a refund.

I paid $280.00 to them for custom bag mounts . I never received my product . I paid the payment through *** . I was assured a few times by the company hay my item was on its way . It never arrived . That was 11 months ago . These people are thieves . Do not trust them !!!!

5 full months after order placement and absolutely nothing to show for it other than excuses.
On November 29th 2016 I placed an order online with Scootworks for the following part numbers : ***, *** This order number is ***, totaled $412.70 and was paid for with a credit card. On December 1st 2016, *** from Scootworks sent me an email stating that the order should be ready to ship in a week. After no update or delivered parts, I sent an email to *** on December 29th, 2016 inquiring about the order and never received a response. Sent multiple emails thereafter as well as phone calls to the store number listed on the website which was met with no response.

Being local to the business,on January 20th 2017 I drove the 105 miles to Scootworks to try and get an answer regarding my order. After meeting *** face to face he was cordial but gave excuses including sickness in his family and a wait on parts required to fulfill my order. I asked if he received my latest email which he physically showed me on his computer that he received it but never replied. He gave me his personal phone number for future contact but since has given nothing but various excuses and multiple promised shipment dates. Excuses have included more sickness in his family(Feb 15/Feb 23), warehouse out of stock (Feb 8th), labeling issue by the shipment hub (Feb 16/Feb 23), being out of town (Mar 27), and has went silent since March 30th despite multiple attempts at contacting him since then.

Desired Outcome

At this point in time I do not want the order I placed, I only want a full refund for the price I paid on November 29th 2016. Also, I would like other potential customers to be aware of these business practices so as not to make the same mistake as I should have researched prior to placing my order. Multiple other complaints of the exact same nature have been made against the company in question.
