I made a purchase of one of their bracelets, as soon as I got it, I noticed how cheap and low quality/flimsy the piece felt. I immediately reached out to the customer service department, asking about initiating a refund, to which they replied, that I would need to, for whatever reason send a piece of jewelry outside of the US to their warehouse for the return. Despite the jewelry being sent to me within the United States. This is how they get you, I had to spend $17 in order to send it back outside of the US. They got the piece and then proceeded to lie to me and tell me that it was broken and that they will not be giving me a refund. Even though I got the piece of jewelry on sale it was way way way over priced for the low quality that it is. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Then they wanted me to pay the return shipping, a $20 customs charge, and a 15% restocking fee. :-(
Also the shipping was 10 days, not 4-6.
Hi! Thanks for sharing I got scammed too. What is the email you used to get a hold of them? Also, just a tip...you shouldn't share your personal info like address and email on the internet for a lot of reasons not many people are aware of. Anyway, hope we get outer money back.

Even as I type this; I am in a chat with "customer service" regarding getting a refund; and they are giving flimsy excuses and choosing not to answer my inquiries thoroughly. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. It's a complete fake/fraud website!
Once you place an order; the ONLY further communication you will receive are coupons so that they gauge even more money out of you.
Absolutely unacceptable! Also; the phone number listed 888-608--4580 doesn't appear to be a working number!
I ordered multiple items from 6ix ice over the last few months. My last order was two custom pendants which I ordered longer than 2 months ago now, and I still haven't received it, or even been able to track it. The last order I received was a tennis chain that came broken/unattached.
I wasn't too worried about it though, because the card you receive with your orders says "this card guarantees your jewelry purchase for life and entitles you to replacement for the identical item or an item of equal value". This is not true.
I first emailed them about this issue as soon as I received the broken chain, which was over a month ago. (Turns out if you read the fine print on their website, they don't actually guarantee anything, unless they made a mistake and you contact them within 2 weeks, which I did)
I talked to a *** individual who goes by the name Judith B., who asked me multiple times how I broke my chain, which I continue to explain I never wore the chain and this is how I got it. She eventually just stops replying. I've sent her 6 images of the chain, which she claims she's not receiving for some reason.
I've asked Judith multiple times to have someone call me or a supervisor contact me, I've offered to send her the chain back so maybe they could just repair it, and it's now been over a month since all this happened and nothing. I still can't track/have no idea what happened to my custom pendants(ordered those two months ago), and I still have a broken chain with no resolution.
Oh, the 8-5 Monday-Sunday phone service is also ***, I've called probably 50x this month and never ever got through to any human being.
The jewelry that actually has shown up and has shown up not broken looks great, but do not expect a lifetime guarantee. If you have an issue they won't help you.
***. Their prices are all listed in Canadian dollars too, until you check out and get charged USD. You can get the same quality or better quality jewelry for the same price. They just make it look like it's cheaper by advertising in Canadian currency lol.
Again, horrible customer service, probably the worst I've ever dealt with.
I made a purchase just recently after making
the purchase no Tracking information was given, When I contacted customer service I was provided also with a fake tracking number upon reviewing the tracking number in searching on *** no information was found for product. I will be disputing the charges for the item purchased.
. Horrible cutomer service, the respond quickly sure, but do absolutely nothing to assist or problem solve.
They pick and choose what to send to what to send it to and if they what to send anything after payments have been recieved at all.
Judith who works emails *** provides fake tracking numbers to get you of her back then stops all together with responses.
