the company advertised that the can work on ATVs so around April 20 I took mine to the shop they told me it would be 40 dollars per hour, I agreed and talked with the (mechanic and told him the issue and showed him a part that had burned up it had a short or bare wire that I was concerned about and that the unit needed a new gasket on exhaust he agreed to fix that then started my four wheeler which is a Kawasaki prairie 360 4x4 and said sounds like the carburetor I ok check it and do what it needs and l left did not hear back for awhile so I called the mechanic he said it was the carburetor I ask about the burned part that we talked about. He stated that the did not know what it was or did and they could not find it. I ask them to send it to me so I could look it up he did it took me about 15 or 20 min, but I found it and ordered the part. I called back and told him that I had ordered it he then ask if I wanted him to buy the carburetor. I asked if that was the issue he said yes I ask about the part I just ordered he did know if that was a issue or not I said ok he said again its the carburetor I said ok fix it did not hear anything for a few days so I called he said the carburetor was on the machine was running better but not fixed and ask me about the part I ordered I said when it gets in I will bring it there I did when I got there the door was locked a gentleman let me in the mechanic met me at the desk and took me back we put the part on the machine still ran really no better so I ask what know the (mechanic) said I don't know I do better with lawn mowers and tractors and stuff like that I said you know I trusted you to fix this it costing me money when you don't know what your doing we talked for a few more minutes nothin mean was said either way I left. thy charged me 230.87 cents could not fix it I took it to a different shop they fixed it the carburetor was bad the first mechanic did not have the skills to tune or set the new equipment to run properly I had pay for the same thing twice.
