I called to get a prescription refill from 59 Walk in Clinic Orlando. I spoke with the receptionist who said that I would have an outstanding copay, because my insurance did not cover the last co-pay However, this is not true, because I have*** and it covered the cost of my $25 co-pay at 59 Walk in Clinic in the past. My co-pay should only be $25, and the Clinic and doctor is considered a primary physician visit. The receptionist never put my insurance through and charged me an astronomical amount of $59 when she has my insurance information, but never put it through. She also took my credit card information over the phone and charged me with excess fees.
