I am not one to complain, and I have let go of this a couple times in the past. When someone says they are allergic to something you should take it seriously and not put it in on their food (5 times). After addressing the issue the waitress said she would have it remade, two minutes later comes back and the stuff was just picked off and not remade. Every time I go here to pick food up I have to have stuff remade because they start adding things onto my food instead of making it how I asked. This should be something that should be resolved immediately if a customer has an issue with the food because of allergies, not something that can be picked off and hope that everything is okay. Very upset with this place because of multiple instances with the same item(bacon) being put onto my food. Please try and get this addressed before you lose more customers due to simple mistakes.
