54th Street Grill & Bar

On 6/17/18, my family and I went to this restaurant. We had a party of 11. The manager *** went to every table and checked on everybody except for our table. The waitress asked us for our drinks and I ordered my food. She told me she couldn't order the food, she had to order the drinks. It took them an hour to take our order. She took our order and it took 45 minutes to get the food. The food came out and some of the food was cold and my food was burnt. I asked for extra cheese dip and she gave it to someone else. The waitress began to have an attitude with me. She went and got her manager. *** came out and offered to remake the food and he'll take care of it. We paid the bill and we packed the food up and left. My bill was $60. We left the restaurant. I called them looking for the GM. The Asst GM took the concern down and I told him I wanted the money back. He told me he could send me coupons. I received three $9.99 coupons. That wasn't close to the amount that was paid. I called back and spoke with the GM and he told me that he would've done the same thing. I left a message for the district manager and he never called back. It was a horrible experience and I will never come back to that location.
