Driver who dropped the waste dumpster drove onto adjacent property damaging the new landscaping Photos documenting damage were supplied to senior management After several communication attempts over a period of two months, was told their driver did not cause damage and other large vehicles caused it However, neighborhood gate entrance HOA cameras did not record any other multi-ton vehicles entering that day Damage estimates at $180.00, but was condescendingly told to recruit neighborhood boy scouts to repair the damage
I had a miserable experience with this service and would not recommend their use to anyone Prices were comparable to other services I found First of all, this company could only guarantee the day my roll off dumpster would be delivered, not even a 4-hour window When ordering I was informed there was a and 14-day rental I thought would suffice but was told that if I ordered the 14-day but ended up using it days or less I would be charged that amount It turned out my demo crew filled it up in a day! I called to have an exchange made for the YD roll off dumpster and was informed that there was actually a 5-day rental Great I thought, I'll save a little bit of money Instead I was told that since it was logged in as a 14-day that is what I would be charged I requested to speak to the manager but at the time she/he was busy Three hours (or more) later after not hearing from the manager I called back and was informed I would only be charged for the 5-day I still needed the exchange to happen so I ordered a 10-day 30YD to replace my full dumpster This was a Thursday and I was scheduled to receive the exchange on a Friday When I arrived at my house on Saturday to continue demo work I the dumpster had not been replaced I had nowhere to place all the demolished debris and could not work that entire weekend since Waste Solutions was closed I left a message but still had to call in Monday morning to this time cancel the roll off dumpster I lost weekend of productivity on my full remodel and received no apologies This company has terrible customer service and an even worse scheduling system Your local cable company is more punctual than this company
They told me the dumpster pick up would be on a Friday and they moved it to Thursday and want to charge me an extra dollarsI feel scammedAlso they say that the calls are recorded after the fact but fail to produce the call needed unless it suits their charging needsCrooked company with overpriced dumpstersIn a nutshell they changed the original pick moved it a day later due to the 4th of July then are acting like they did not and want to charge me a dollar pick up feeThey are failing to produce the call that I made to them on July 2nd at at 11;A.Mstating that the pick up would be on Friday

My name is [redacted] and I’m the Controller for 5280 Waste. I did speak to the owner, [redacted], about this situation, as he personally went out and inspected the damage and talked to Mr. [redacted]. There were a lot of renovations happening at the property across the street, where I believe...
we had a dumpster, and it was clear that someone had caused some damage to Mr. [redacted]’s property by driving onto it. As our owner explained to Mr. [redacted] at that time, we definitely have no problem with taking care of damage caused by our drivers or trucks, but we do have to be reasonably certain that we did cause the damage. In this case Mr. [redacted] mentioned that he was not home and no one had seen our truck cause the damage. In addition, our owner said that just in the short time he was there, he personally saw several heavy duty pickup trucks coming and going from the property across the street, as there was a lot of activity with the improvements going on. What we would need at this point is better clarification on how it was determined it was our driver or our truck that caused the damage, as opposed to just assuming it was. If there is some evidence (cameras, witnesses, etc), I would be happy to review it. I did contact the customer directly via email and by phone, and I’m just waiting to hear back from him. I’m happy to help resolve this for him, if we can.
