Ok, To be clearThere are only technicians working for my company, myself [redacted] and ***We have been to your home several times in the past and have had no issues until these crazy unfounded accusationsI (***, company owner) was the technician in question "cleaning" the furnaceNot sure why we have "" around cleaning but Ill follow suit If you have any footage or photos of me, please lets reviewI find it more strange that I would be photographed ectPlease clarify what you considered strange behaviorAs I recall my interaction with the nanny was brief, we spoke on phone later after billing and you didn't like the priceI lowered the price because I am a nice fellow and you still didn't pay the billWeeks later the "you broke my part" conversations occurred and I did not return to your houseOnly after 6+ months did you pay the reduced amount, I am assuming, only to be able to make this complaintI have never made threats of any kind toward you, your family or anyone else ever***, our other technician, did threatened to sue you for slander after being threatened with multiple reviews on social mediaPerhaps this was overzealous, but in no way did he threaten anything other than our legal recourseWhere this is coming from I do not knowI would still like the full amount of the bill to be paidI am offering no refund
This complaint has no bearing on reality and I feel foolish lending any sense of legitimacy to it by responding, but here you goThe last contact I had with the customer was via email in which I asked them to simply, please take me to court, but stop harassing me about a part that I managed to "break" weeks before it stopped working. Also, the customer paid $only about weeks agoI guess to be able to post this complaint, but had ignored the bill for about months$was a discounted rate, by the way the original bill was $240ish I discounted it so heavily to attempt to keep them happy (guess that didn't work)To be direct I didn't break the partI have no way of sabotaging a unit to have it brake so many weeks later The charge was for a service and cleaning on the furnace I never threatened the customer (or anyone for that matter)I would have been fine with the 70% discounted service going unpaid with no repercussions, but for some reason they have felt the need to dredge this up again and apparently are willing to pay for the privilegeI will not apologize for not breaking a part, being stiffed on a bill and being nonthreateningI can barely put this into a sentence it is so foolish I am not going to refund anything as this is below the original invoiced amountI am asking the customer to just take me to court if they feel wronged by to please stop harassing meLets just let a judge decide
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: the company is lying in order to not get complaint. The company threatened us via email (which we have shared with Revdex.com and were referred to contact the Attorney Generals Office) and it is unacceptable. The company threated many things to include the demand of taking down a reviews online, calling us liars, threatening legal action, threatening a mechanics lien on our homeThe company owner, ***, was the person who came to our home. We want a refund for the cleaning that we paid after receiving email threats from the company and we want reimbursed for the bill we had to pay to replace our igniter and the service call from the company that did come fix our furnace. We will be submitting all emails, text messages, call recordings and photos to Revdex.com after this reply. We hoped that the company would stop lying about their actions and issue us the refunds but since they are not we will contact the Attorney Generals Office now to seek recourse
Sincerely,
*** ***

"break" 3 weeks before it stopped working. Also, the customer paid $80 only about 2 weeks ago. I guess to be able to post this complaint, but had ignored the bill for about 6 months. $80.00 was a discounted rate, by the way the original bill was $240ish. I discounted it so heavily to attempt to keep them happy (guess that didn't work). To be direct I didn't break the part. I have no way of sabotaging a unit to have it brake so many weeks later. The charge was for a service and cleaning on the furnace. I never threatened the customer (or anyone for that matter). I would have been fine with the 70% discounted service going unpaid with no repercussions, but for some reason they have felt the need to dredge this up again and apparently are willing to pay for the privilege. I will not apologize for not breaking a part, being stiffed on a bill and being nonthreatening. I can barely put this into a sentence it is so foolish. I am rejecting this response because: I have photos, phone call records and text messages from the repair man. We have paid the bill because they were threatening legal action and want a refund now. We also have a second opinion and paid a second contractor to fix what the technician broke. we received threatening emails from this company about reviews we posted as well and they should apologize for those threats. the very scary part of this is that the business sends this technician into peoples homes and they treat us aggressively after breaking our furnace. It is very scary wondering if we need to get a restraining order against the company and technician or if the aggressive employees will come by our residence since they know the address. I will provide the Revdex.com phone records, messages, pictures after the technicians visit, what we had to pay another company (invoice and statement) to fix our igniter after this company tech broke it while he spent 30 mins in our home "cleaning our furnace" (video surveillance and nanny at home sending me photos and saying the tech was acting strangely).
Sincerely,

Ok, To be clear. There are only 2 technicians working for my company, myself [redacted] and [redacted]. We have been to your home several times in the past and have had no issues until these crazy unfounded accusations. I ([redacted], company owner) was the technician in question "cleaning" the furnace. Not sure why we have "" around cleaning but Ill follow suit. If you have any footage or photos of me, please lets review. I find it more strange that I would be photographed ect. Please clarify what you considered strange behavior. As I recall my interaction with the nanny was brief, we spoke on phone later after billing and you didn't like the price. I lowered the price because I am a nice fellow and you still didn't pay the bill. Weeks later the "you broke my part" conversations occurred and I did not return to your house. Only after 6+ months did you pay the reduced amount, I am assuming, only to be able to make this complaint. I have never made threats of any kind toward you, your family or anyone else ever. [redacted], our other technician, did threatened to sue you for slander after being threatened with multiple false reviews on social media. Perhaps this was overzealous, but in no way did he threaten anything other than our legal recourse. Where this is coming from I do not know. I would still like the full amount of the bill to be paid. I am offering no refund.
