5.11 Tactical

Review: I purchased a pair of pants from 511 tactical from there website on June 20, 2015. I recieved the pants about 2 weeks later. I helped the length and began to wear them to work. After wearing them 3 times I noticed 3 small holes in the left leg of the pants. I contacted 511 customer service and explained my issue. The representative stated she would need images of the pants and the damage. And the recipet. All this information was provided. I have never heard back from her, and have also placed two phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would just like refunded for my pants at this point.

We pride ourselves on providing all of our customers with purpose built gear for the most demanding missions and Customer Service to match. I realized that we have failed this customer and will make it right.

Falsely informed of the exchange process. Company not only charged me to ship back a pair of pants - the process took in total 3 weeks between purchase of original pants, to the refund of the pants. The company wanted me to purpose a whole separate pant order for the exchange and wait for the refund from the orginal pants. So instead of spending money for 2 pairs of pants I would of had to spend twice the amount for 4 pairs of pants and pay $20 to send back the original pants and wait 2 weeks to get my original refund.
