Order a firearm and get called Friday 17th that item has arrived and they will be open at 10am on the 18th for pick up. Pull into shop parking lot at 1:15pm on the 18th as owner is preparing to leave in his truck, he sees me as I get out of my truck and go to the door and find it locked. Hours on the door say 10am-5pm Monday thru Saturday. I go back to my truck as the owner drives away. We go to lunch and come back 45 minutes later, now there is a paper taped to the door saying closed until the 24th. I got a verbal message the evening before that you would be open at 10am but did not get notice that you would close whenever you wanted that day. Then you see that I am there for pick up and drive away? BS. Thats not the way to treat customers. Cancel card payment. Today (24th) I got the most UNPROFESSIONAL phone call from Daniel trying to cover his poor lack of business conduct. Apologize? Excuse? Explanation? NO! Goes full hot head, "come pick your gun up and dont ever come back", dont worry about that crazy guy. You so stupid you think I'm going to pick up the item with an unstable person like you present? Also claimed he got the charge put back, wrong! Runs the shop like a hobby not a business which was reflected in his wacky attitude.
I put a down payment on a pistol and was told I could pick it up on 10/3/2019. The store was closed then and I could not pick it up. So I went somewhere else to buy one. I asked for a refund and was denied.
When the customers order a gun or any special order, there is a sign that does say "5013 Tactical Policy" Daniel did let the customer know that it will be non-refundable at this point. The customer called and made threats that he will get his money one way or another. When Daniel reminded him of the policy sign, the customer said,"you can't expect people to read that."
At that point if a customer can't read a big red sign, they should ask for help, and we can read it for them.

I am rejecting this response because:He did not make it clear there was no refunds. I did not see the signs and I made no threat.
