I hired this company to write a couple personal papers for my need as they advertised on their website. I paid a deposit per the contract I was provided and was told the final payment would be due upon completion of the work. The first portion was completed which was paid for and the second portion has not been completed yet. The business owner contacted my university and provided them information regarding this agreement. I am now in jeopardy of being kicked out of my university because of this owner advertising a service and not finishing it then contacting my university and disclosing that this occurred. I reached out to the owner who will not return my calls or messages.
