Hi Dave,
You came Friday, May 17th and ordered tires (the same day you left the review) and we haven't heard back from you. They are here waiting, by the way. We've left a few messages for you. We don't know of any business or service that we've done for you, and we aren't sure why you would leave such a hateful review for us. We are a small, family owned business that has been operating for over 12 years in Pleasant Hill. The owners, Jim and Allison, are on site 90% of the time and are happy to discuss any dissatisfaction and work towards a solution if there is a problem. Again, you haven't approached us with any issues so we aren't sure why we are communicating through the Revdex.com at this time.
