Hello Revdex.com! This rebuttal is in response to [redacted] complaint # [redacted] Star Class Travel is a travel agency that offers group or individual travel to exclusive events around the worldWe also offer trips and packages on a convenient and affordable payment plan [redacted] was referred to my agency by Sabrina Heim back in February Sabrina informed [redacted] of who I was and what my agency offers [redacted] was looking for accommodations for [redacted] She was sent information on the packages we offered and was well aware of the process and how our payment plan packages works On February 28, 2017, [redacted] completed our deposit registration form to register for our [redacted] package When she registered it stated all the details of the package and our policies regarding this trip In order to submit the form you have to agree to Star Class Travel Refund and Cancellation Policy, Release of Liability, Hold Harmless and Image Release Policy and our Policies and General Information PolicyAfter she agreed to the terms and conditions of the trip her form was submittedOnce the form is submitted the customer get a copy and we get a copyOn her and our copy under Event Information it states: (Please save this ticket as payment for your recordsThis ticket cannot be used as your hotel confirmation or get you into any events during [redacted] ***Once your package has been paid in Full, you will receive a final invoice and confirmation letter from Star Class Travel with detailsThank you for choosing Star Class Travel for your Travel needs!) Once we got a copy of the form and reviewed it we then sent an invoice to [redacted] on March 1, to make her deposit in the amount of $ The invoice she received list all the details of her package well as the total which was $2,for two people It also has the deposit/monthly payment schedule that she agreed to along with our policies and general information regarding this trip Mrs [redacted] was well aware of everything upfront regarding her package and how our process works with special events and our payment plan option Also, we have never advertised out agency as an affiliate of the [redacted] organization or the [redacted] organizationOn March 23, 2017, Mrs [redacted] completed another registration form to make a monthly payment for two peopleEach time she registered she has to sign off on our terms and conditions for this package as well as our policies On March 27, 2017, we sent her an invoice in the amount of $ That invoice was paid on April 19, On June 20, Mrs [redacted] complete our registration for her package to make her monthly payment for June This invoice was sent to her on June 29, in the amount of $ For Mrs [redacted] August monthly payment we did not receive a registration form On August 18, an invoice was sent to Mrs [redacted] to make her monthly payment for AugustWe do this sometimes because we know this happen and we will do it as a courtesyBut each monthly the client is responsible for completing the form to make their monthly payment It also says it on their invoice under our (Policies & General Information: Please adhere to the Monthly Payment ScheduleMonthly payments must be made to secure your reservationIt’s important that you stay within the payment deadlinesStar Class Travel does no send out monthly notifications before due datesYou are responsible for making monthly payment on time.) This invoice was paid on September 1, For her October payment we didn’t receive a registration form to make her monthly paymentMrs [redacted] informed us she sent an email to make her payment but we didn’t receive itLater I discovered it was accidently deleted by one of my agentsI apologized to her regarding this incident but did inform her in the future do not send payments this wayShe also wanted to know her balance as of October 23, it was $1, As you can see Mrs [redacted] had made payment in the amount of $1,Not including the taxes and feesOn November 8, I was informed that Mrs [redacted] told a few people in the [redacted] Coronation [redacted] group that I had availability regarding the [redacted] *** A few people from the group reach out to meI informed them I did not have any tables Sabrina Heim even contacted me stating that Mrs [redacted] told a few people in the group that she got her [redacted] package through me and for them to contact meAt this point Mrs [redacted] was sending other potential clients our way I called Mrs [redacted] on November 8, but I she did not answerI left her a message as well as sent her an email to give me a call Mrs [redacted] called me back later and I ask her about the postShe said some people were looking for Hotel Accommodations and [redacted] ticketsI stated to her that we do not have tickets for sale and no longer have availability at our table However, I told her if they would like hotel accommodations or information on other events happening during [redacted] we can assistI informed her again on how the process works and that after she is paid in Full she will receive all her information regarding the package she purchased On November 21, at 1:41pm stating that she spoke with someone from the [redacted] organization and they stated that no one is authorized to sell tickets and that I should issue her a refund I emailed Mr [redacted] back stating to her that I was confused on what she was asking because she was well aware of the process and that we were not selling tickets she was going to be sitting at our table which was included in her package I also informed her that she was not even paying for her package She still have $1,left to pay And one she PAID IN FULL she will received all her confirmation and etcI also mentioned that our policy stated that payments were nonrefundable and she agreed to the terms of this package when she registered and every time she made a payment She then emails me back again stating that she spoke with a [redacted] member and they told her I should not be selling tickets and to give her a refund She also stated that she didn’t get any information about her room Amber [redacted] is my contact at [redacted] *** Superdome in New OrleansShe has proof that my agency has a contract with their HotelShe stated you can call her if you would like to verify my contract on fileShe can be reached at (504) 586- Also, as of November 21, 2018, Mrs [redacted] had not finishing paying her packageShe has an agreement with Star Class Travel not the Hotel or the [redacted] organizationWhen she finished paying her package she would have received her confirmation and the other items offered in her packageAgain, she was well aware of the process but all of sudden she don’t feel comfortableI reached out to my lawyer and responded back to her email stating that I will reach out to my contact with our table for the [redacted] and respond back to her with an updateShe then replied being hostile at this point She stated the [redacted] organization advised her to press charges against my agencyShe also state where we the table number when she was aware that we will be purchasing the table when they are released in DecemberAlso, she stated she was a Vodoo PriestessI’m not sure what that meant but I took that as a threat While I was waiting to hear back from my lawyer I replied and told her I will issue her a refund by the end of the week I then call and left a message with the [redacted] Organization I even tried calling Mrs [redacted] but she blocked me from her phoneI finally heard back from my Lawyer on November and we discussed what was going onWe decided to send Mrs [redacted] a cease and desist letter for her to sign before a refund was issued because she was making accusations on [redacted] and stating that my company was fraudulentShe was firing off on [redacted] saying nasty things so I was just trying to keep the peace regarding the situationSo you know this was a few days before ThanksgivingOn November 23, 2017, Thanksgiving Day she sends me a request through Cash App to refund her the amount she has paidI emailed her back stating that my Lawyer will be sending her a cease and desist letter to sign then the funds will be refunded She then responded back with her address and stated her attorney will look over the letter Before we can get the letter to her on Wednesday she had already filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and another Rip Off Report websiteWe were in the process of sending her the letter My Lawyer was in court two days straight out of townShe didn’t even give us time to get it out to herThe following morning on November 30, my Lawyer sent her the letter certifiedDuring this time I end up doing a little research Come to find out on November Mrs [redacted] was soliciting people to pay her to get a table to purchase for the [redacted] ***Remind you the table have not gone on sale as she stated to me but she’s not posting on [redacted] she had an issue with the ticket thing and that she will be buying her own tableHmmmm At this point I begin to think Mrs [redacted] raised a fit about my beginning fraudulent because she wanted to do her own thingShe had an agreement with Star Class Travel and when she finished paying her package she would have received her itemsThe tables for the [redacted] to purchase was going to go on sale December I understand if she paid and full and she didn’t receive her items she will then have a valid reason to request a refund or be upsetAlso, on November 22, created her own [redacted] page advertising she’s getting a table and soliciting people to purchase a ticket at her tableAgain, tables don’t go on sale until December 5, but she doing the same thing my company offer but call me a rip offShe is evening using the same Organization He stated he remember talking with someone regarding a table she purchased through my company After I explained the situation with Mr [redacted] he stated I did not do anything wrong and that Travel agents and other people get together all the time and purchased a table for the ***You can go to their [redacted] group here and see people soliciting others to send them money so they can her issue was between her and my agency He stated that she never mentioned or explained to him the entire situationI told him how she’s soliciting people to get a table with her and he even she’s doing what your company is doing so how is that Fraud Mr [redacted] can be reached at (504) 827-if you would like to speak with him regarding this situation To sum this up, Star Class Travel is a reputable travel agencyWe have been in business for seven yearsWe always make it clear to our clients on what they are purchasing in their packages and how our payment plan options workWe pride ourselves on excellent customer service and providing the best experience possible to our clientsUnfortunately, Mrs [redacted] did not give us that opportunityShe has an outstanding balance with us in the amount of $ Mrs [redacted] made accusations against my agency and my brand because she had another agent for [redacted] ***When doing business if there’s a contract or agreement involved for both parties you cannot breach the agreement because you now want to do your own thing For your viewing I have attached Mrs [redacted] ’s registration form she completed with when registering for this packagePlease see the yellow highlighted area that has all the terms and conditions along with our company refund policy that she agreed to Attached are her invoices she paid with details of her purchase seats at her table and the [redacted] Page she set up the day after emailing me for a refund to get others to get with her for [redacted] and other information I have attached a copy of the email conversation between Mrs [redacted] and myself and my contract that I have with the Hotel At this point I am working with my Lawyer on the next steps we will take She has already damage my [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I received cease and deceit from Star Class Travel's attorney Ron *** (attached) In letter it stated I would receive refund after I signed letterI contacted attorney for update and he said I should have received email from his client and basically said I would not be receiving a refundIf client has representation she should not be emailing meI also called *** *** *** and she has no DBA registered in that *** I want my money straight up no ifs ands or buts because she agreed and I have document from her attorney.

Hello Revdex.com!As of today Star Class Travel has decided to rescind our cease and
desist offer to Mrs. [redacted] based on the following:

Breach of Contract
o  
Canceled package on
November 21, 2017 without cause, per the term of our Contract.

Defamation, Slander and Libel
o  
Multiple post on
[redacted] and other outlets stating lies and the aforementioned.
·      
Verbal and Threatening Physical Violence
o  
Emails, [redacted] Post
and Threatening Comments that have no place in this business arrangement.
 If she choose to hire an Attorney we
will speak with him or her moving forward due to your rants and disparaging
remarks and threats.  I have attached a copy of her registration
form she accepted when she registered for the package.  It was her responsibility to read the terms and conditions and
our no refund policy.  I am also
attaching the invoices she paid according to the monthly payment plan that is
stipulated in the contract.  Those
payments are nonrefundable and as well. When she mailed us on November 21,
2017, she choose to stop her payment arrangements on the package with Star
Class Travel and she still had a remaining balance. She has been very unprofessional
during this entire process and her dissatisfaction with the outcome is
premature because she only paid half of her obligation.  At this point, I will no longer communicate
with Mrs. [redacted] unless you have an Attorney. I attached a copy of the email my Attorney sent her after she called his office on December 11, 2017 cursing him out and threaten him with violence. We look forward to speaking with her
Attorney on this matter and let the courts decide on the outcome.
