This is a limousine service. I arranged a pickup to airport. I also arranged a return pickup from airport to my home. I cancelled with no refund.
Southern Comfort limo will not refund my cancelled return visit charge. They have always promised to do so but have never followed through after 5 months of my politely requesting they do so.
I am seeking two items: 1. A refund of the pickup charge. 2. An updated receipt showing adjusted charges to allow me to file this charge for reimbursement from my employer.
