5 Star Insulation

5 Star Insulation insulated our house, built in 1948, under a *** rebate program, in early January 2019. The crew worked hard and steadily over the 2 days they were here. All five crew members were friendly and courteous and good workers. Ray, the owner, gave us the estimate in late 2018 and he was a true professional. The crew showed up when Ray said they would and the job took as long as he said it would. They left our house cleaner than when they started. And our house is definitely warmer and less drafty.

After getting a home energy audit from our gas company, we used their list of approved contractors to find 5 Star Insulation. 5 Star worked on our historic home and did a wonderful job. The contractors were careful with our old home, checking with us before completing portions of the job that may have affected the integrity of our wood siding. While the gas company thought one portion of the home needed to be insulated, 5 Star assessed the area themselves, suggesting that we not insulate. This saved us money that could have ended up in 5 Star's pockets. They were thorough in their clean up, ensuring that the interior work was spotless. They even offered to do a little extra sanding/finishing work in my son's bedroom from an unrelated project. In all, the contractors were courteous, careful, and clean, and I would highly recommend this crew and their work to anyone looking for insulation work.
