5 Star Furniture Plus

On 02/29/2020 I purchase some furniture Living Room set and two twin bed set which where two twin mattress two box springs and two frames I was told that I will get my delivery on Tuesday 03/03/2020 I call that day to make sure it was still coming I was told yes while around 7:30pm that day I called to see what was going on because I haven't heard anything and it was getting late I was told I was still getting it (never got the delivery) Next day 03/04/2020 I called the store all day no one picked up until about 4:30Pm I told them I didn't get my delivery long story short I was told it was going to be Saturday 03/07/2020 Saturday came the same thing as Tuesday 03/03/2020 I had asked the manager what can be done for my inconvenience I was first told a rug I asked for at least my delivery charge back I was told I can't get my money back now on 03/08/2020 as I sit here in the place they seem to not understand I don't want any of if they can come get what they did deliver land give me my money back they keep trying to have me keep the items but I don't want them I just want my money back
