Customer is wrong our 1 800 number is working, the number is [redacted] it is working. The customer is telling you stuff that's not true. Our company has a 90 day policy on rugs that are not picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for rugs that are there in our warehouse longer than 90 Days. This customer didn't respond to our calls for over a year and three months, now he wants the rug, it was either donated or thrown out. We cant keep rugs for over a year, we are not a storage unit. There is no company that is going to hold a big rug for someone for over a year. He didn't call us for a year and two months.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The business still has my rug or he sold it to somebody else. The business is not at all easy to get ahold of. Within the last three months he has set up times and dates to deliver and he never showed and never called. I want my beautiful oriental rug back. I paid that business good money to clean it and I want it back. If he has a ninety day policy I never told that or informed of it in anyway other than the last time I spoke with him about three weeks ago. If he had had the policy how come he set up three dates and times to deliver the rug and never showed up or called. I would be willing to pay a storage fee if it were reasonable, but my guess is he sold the rug to somebody or kept it himself.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I would just like to get the large beautiful oriental rug that I paid good money to get cleaned.I believe any person or company should at least have some ethical standards. If he had wanted to get it out of his warehouse he could have called me and let me know he was having a problem storing it. Business is a two way street, he could have called to let me know. Within the last three months he has promised to bring it by on three separate dates at specific times. He was a No Show on all three times he promised to bring it by. I waited on for him on all three occasions, and I could have been doing other things. Mr. S[redacted] very rarely answers his phone, and the 800 number he has connected to his business is disconnected. Again, this is one of the only things I got from my parents after they both passed away and it has sentimental value. I will go to his place of business in Auburn if he can be there at a time he specifies so I can pick up the carpet. I would also be willing to pay another hundred dollars for storage of the carpet, but ultimately I paid good money to get it cleaned by his business, and I would expect him to meet with his obligation to make sure I get it back, and not take it from me. I have also sent him emails to his business and I not ever heard from him either on the phone or email.Thank you,[redacted]
Customer had us clean the rug, we picked it up and usually we get the rug back to the customer after 7 days, they called me and said they needed some time because they were moving, next time I heard from them was a year and 3 months later. We have a company policy that were are not responsible for...
rugs left for more than 90 days, and they are a year pass that time. We can't hold on to stuff from customers that abandon there property for over a year, we are not a storage company. David S[redacted] Owner
