was hired to repair my front end ball joints. He was paid in advance for the work. The ball joint wasnt repaired with the proper tool and that created damage to the ball joint parts.

Refund I need to now repair the work that was done by him. It is a safety issue created by his poor work. I need the work repaired correctly by him or my money back to get it repaired somewhere else.

I am requesting full refund. The work was not installed correctly by *** the first time. I do not feel comfortable with him doing the work. I will need the refund to pay for the work to be completed correctly by someone else.
First response stated "work redone or reimbursed". 5 star automotive does warranty labor, as told when invoice is given. If customer would like to have second mechanic option afterwards, that would be their choice. Original warranty was lifetime.

Due to the fact that 5star automotive has done a incorrect and poor job the first time. I do not feel comfortable with *** doing the work the second time. I have my kids that would ride in the truck and I'm looking out for the safety of my kids. Requesting a full refund do to poor craftsmanship by 5star automotive. Thanks
