I bought a World Warner wireless Classic travel charger for $10 for my cell phone and it didn’t work. They did not give me a receipt, I asked that they look over the camera and they wouldn’t for proof of purchase and they would only give me an exchange. I did not want to buy another one because I didn’t want to have another issue. My mom also called them and they would not give me my money back only exchange. I feel as a customer that I am not being treated fairly and deserve my money back for a product that clearly didn’t work. Now Im screwed for $10 and a broken charger.
