Ordered their solar generator and "sidekick". They were delivered as promised, so there's that. However, I have a concern with the Sidekick. Ive been attempting to contact coustomer service for 4 days now with out response. First I tried the phone. After 30 minutes or so I opted for the option to have them to "hold my place in line" and call me back when it's my turn. 4 days later, still no call. Tried email the next day. Still no response. Called again today. Stayed on the phone for an hour and was automatically sent to the "we'll hold your place in line" queue and disconnected. Still have not been called back.
