Good morning. There is no doubt that this item has fallen through the cracks. The fact that several of the e-mails the customer sent...
were sent to an incorrect email address did not help. Several were addressed to [redacted]. The correct address was supposed to be [redacted]. Regardless, we did have phone contact with her on a few occasions. The person in charge of having this item completed has had some serious medical issues in the past 8 months, and the item fell through the cracks. With that being said, the part required is here, ready to be installed. The service technician has attempted to contact her via e-mail and phone in the past 2 weeks to make arrangements to have it installed. We have been unsuccessful at setting up an appointment time. It can be done in approx. 1 hr time frame, if we can contact the customer. Her unit is up and running; It is a decorative trim piece that is required. If she will return our call, or e-mail, we would be happy to install this piece at her convenience. Unfortunately, this has occurred. All we can do at this point, is get it completed, and apologize. Thank you.
