I have pre-paid for an Egypt tour as advertised from 4biddenknowledge who cancelled the tour without a full refund.
Me and my wife paid for a trip to Egypt as advertised by 4biddenknowledge for May 2019 which was rescheduled to June. We still planned to attend the tour and it was canceled less then a week prior to leaving. I received an email promising a full refund right away. I have not received a full refund for me and my wife (12,600$). I spent 2 months and a half emailing with no response to receive a refund and reached out on social media and finally got in touch via text messages in late September. First *** lied to me twice there was a check in the mail for my full refund which never showed up. After a month of waiting for 2 promised checks he never sent, he informs me he will pay the refund in small amounts (1000$) and clear the balance in a few days time. With respect, admiration, and love I agree. He sends the first payment December 5th 1000$. After a 11 days of texting/waiting for him to continue sending the refund he sends another on December 16th I receive 1000$. After more texting and begging him to return my full amount he sends an e-check which bounces. I reach out again very often and his response was to give him a few hours to clear it. The check clears 1000$ on December 31st. After 11 more days of waiting for e-checks to clear (the normal time is half that the most) I finally receive another 1000$ on January 11th. After almost 3 weeks of declined e-checks again and again and much texting politely asking for my refund it finally clears 1000$ on January 29Th. After almost a month of texting and pleading for *** to return my full refund and have completely run out of patience of so much texting/lies I demand the entire refund. *** responds February 13th that he will send Monday. He has lied once again and never sends my money and after many text messages of me asking simply to return my money I have received no responses whatsoever at this point. He has completely ignored me! My patience has run out considering it has been 7 months approximately since his first initial promise of returning the full refund! I believe he is refusing to pay me at this point and has not communicated anything with me recently. This has been a frustrating process. I demand the full refund be sent immediately!

I paid for a trip to Egypt that was booked for May 2019. 4biddenknowledge Inc. cancelled no refund issued after numerous texts, phone calls, emails.
On 10/29/2018 a down payment of $2000.00 dollars was made to 4biddenknowledge Inc. for a May 2019 excursion to Egypt. The remaining balance of $4300.00 was made on 4/5/2019. Both were made with wire transfers. on 5/02/2019 was told of May cancellation and optional July excursion available at that time I requested a full refund as I had a scheduling conflict for those dates. I was told to send my banking information and I sent it initially on 5/6/2019. to date and several notifications via Text, Phone & email I have not received any funds back. I have spoken to Mr. personally without results. any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a book and when I did not receive it, I called and emailed the company with no response.

Never got my book or money back. Sent multiple voicemails and e-mails for months.

This business has repeatedly lied about sending my $6,300.00 refund for a tour of Egypt.
I paid $6,300.00 for a tour of Egypt May 3rd-14th of 2019. I sent 4biddenknowledge (AKA ***) the check for the tour on may 20th 2018 after I saw the post on his Instagram account *** announcing the tour. Around October 2018 I saw that the date of the tour was changed to July without any notification to me. I called *** and told him I would not be able to go on the tour in July and he said he would refund my money. Since October of 2018 I have been told repeatedly by *** that my refund was in the mail, I have not received my refund as of this date.

I ordered a book "Compendium Of The Emerald Tablets" (Order ID Date Nov 10, 2018) and never received it.
I contacted the listed contact email address 3 times 1/XX-XX-XX XXXX ***@gmail.com with the following request;
"Trying to find out the status of this order its been over 2 months could you give me an estimate on when it will ship the status never changed from processing."
To which I received no reply.

Company has not delivered on product purchased.
I purchased an online book "Compendium Of The Emerald Tablets" on January 10, 2019. Received a "Fulfillment Status" email on January 20, 2019 stating my order was being processed and would ship in 1-3 day via U.S.P.S Priority Mail Express. As of February 4, 2019 I have not received my order.

I have tried to contact *** via web site ***@gmail.com and by phone @ XXX-XXX-XXXX several times with any response.

I have been charged $41.94.
