This is by far the worst experience I've ever had as a customerI bought a used fridge from appliances from the owner DarrellHe delivered the fridge and while trying to bring it in the house he and another employee damaged the hardwood floors with deep scratches, gouged my stairwell wall and ripped off a hand-railing as well as chipped plaster and paint off stair treads and corner trimHe was confronted by the property owner and had a very hyper-dismissive attitude but in the end agreed to pay for the damagesAfter all that the fridge didn't even work and he had to bring anotherOf course I supervised and directed these clowns this time and all was well....or so I thoughtThe replacement fridge he brought was infested with cockroaches!!! It was the most disgusting thing I've seen in a long timeThey were up under the fridge and even crawling and scurrying around INSIDE the fridge!!! I called him back and told him that the fridge was infested with cockroaches which had infested the homeHe agreed to come get the fridge and give me the money back and he also said he would pay me for the damagesI had an invoice drawn up for the damages and when he picked up the fridge he would not pay for the damagesI agreed to let him pay me days later but he never calledI called the following weekend and he agreed to discuss with me the arrangements for paying for the damagesHe did not call on the agreed upon afternoon so the following day I tried calling himHe did not answer even though I called several timesHowever he did answer immediately when I called back from a different numberUpon realizing who I was, he became irate and extremely argumentative and also called me horrible names as well as threatened violence!! I am shocked at the level of crooked this establishment achieves! I STRONGLY urge all potential customers to reconsider buying anything from this business as I haveI will also be contacting the Revdex.com to report this gentleman
