Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this employee did slam her fits on the counter and was screaming at meI have another witness that saw the whole thingThe owner is taking the side of her employee she wasn't even their like she said she was[redacted] has been in a hospital for over a month now so hopefully they wont try and keep his RV from himI'm done dealing with this because no matter what its there word against mine and nothing will be resolved Sincerely, [redacted]
The facts detailed in the complaint of [redacted] are incorrect. First, [redacted] was NOT present at the time [redacted] came to our facility to put his motorhome in storage. [redacted] was with a male friend the day he signed up - which was on the 20th of...
April - NOT on the 24th as stated by [redacted]. Had [redacted] been present at the time of signing the lease she would have been familiar with the rules of the facility and the necessary requirements to gain access to the facility. We also have clear signage at the entrance of the facility that states there is absolutly no access to the facility without permission from the office. Not only did [redacted] trespass onto our facility, but then proceeded to trespass and enter into a vehicle that she does not own. She was approached by an employee who did tell her that she did not have permission to be at our facility or inside the motorhome and was told to leave. [redacted] was told by us that if she would return with the signed and notorized power of attorney that we would release the unit to her. She said she would return with that paperwork in a couple of days. We have yet to hear from her or have her come to the facility with this paperwork. While my staff member may have raised her voice in trying to get [redacted] to leave she did not at any time slam her fists on the counter and scream, nor curse at her, as [redacted] has portrayed. If anyone was initiating the cursing and name calling, it was [redacted] and not our staff member, as witnessed by our staff members. Our staff member did agree to having the authorities called as we would have pressed charges against [redacted] for trespassing and attempt to steal a vehicle. The good news is that [redacted] [redacted] is out of the hospital and has visited our facility twice in person and we have had numerous phone calls with [redacted]. We asked [redacted] if [redacted] or his daughter could have access and/or remove his motorhome. He told us absolutly NOT. He was very thankful that we did not let his motorhome be taken from the facility and we are to deny anyone access but him. It is unfortunate that this situation has taken place but we as a company only excercised the necessary precautions to protect our tenants property as we are contractually obligated to do.
