My fiance and I purchased a Chrysler PT Cruiser 2003 Gt model and Austin the apparent owner of the business told us he would help us because all we had was 600$ to our name so he let us put it down as a down payment then within 12 days of having the car prior to the fact we told him we needed maybe 3 weeks to come up with insurance and the taxes on the vehicle.Then he repeatedly called and texted me threatening to take the car back even though we haven't moved the vehicle since we brought it to Chester... They were rude to her they wouldn't answer the phone,it was always an excuse when we were trying to communicate with them...so I decided to give it a oil change and noticed the COOLANT RESERVOIR HAD A HUGE HOLE AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY COVERED IT UP BY STUFFING BLACK RAGS INSIDE OF THE COOLANT RESERVOIR...Major safety hazard for my pregnant fiance,so then it turned out to be the wrong reservoir in the first place.We tried to contact them about that and the response we received was " That's a simple 20 dollar,5 minute fix we dont have to fix that that is you guy's problem ".Not to mention I have videos and photos of myself at Auto Zone getting my car checked out and removing the rags that were inside of the reservoir,then they harassed us about a car payment where we agreed for every month but instead he said every 2 weeks. JUST ALL AROUND HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY I WOULDN'T SEND KY WORST ENEMY TO PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER!ON THEIR WEBSITE THERE ARE REVIEWS ON TOP OF REVIEWS ON HOW BAD THEY ARE!

Billing Adjustment As He stated on the phone call the car is my problem now so I just would like the car as he says I have it it's my issue so no car payments and I won't have to contact my attorney.
Customer purchased vehicle on 2-7. After purchasing vehicle we contacted the buyer multiple times with no success regarding updating insurance of vehicle and their payment. We did not hear from customer until nearly 3 weeks after purchase date. We were willing to look at the vehicle and tried multiple times to arrange an appointment for them to come and our mechanic to look at the vehicle, we even offered to cover the cost. We were informed that the customer replaced the part. During the process we were in communication with the owners girlfriend. They were supposed to come down on 3-6-20 to have us look at vehicle and then the same morning they were supposed to come we received messages from Douglas threatening court actions and we are no longer communicating with Douglas in result. Our Legal advisors have been given information and they will be handling this issue from this point on.
