I ordered an e nail from this company. The item did not work. When I contacted them for return the owner started making threatening phone calls.

An e nail Is suppose to maintain a steady temperature and the one they sent does not. I just wanted my money back or a replacement. Instead I got harassed threatened and repeatedly called *** by the owner of this company. Obviously after threats like that I'm not going to send anything back to them. I'm just trying to get my money back for an item that doesn't work.

On January 24, 2020 we purchased a machine press from 710 Life. It was delivered on January 30, 2020. It was crated and no apparent damage was seen. When my husband got home and opened it on January 31st the machine had obvious damage. Even though the machine was crated it was not bolted down to the crate and there was minimal packing inside to protect it from any damage that may occur during the shipping process. When my husband tried to use the machine it powered on but did not work. When he contacted the company they accused us of fault. Blaming us for accepting the damaged product from UPS. However, if it had been packaged correctly there would have not been damage because there was no 'obvious? damage to the crate. The man at the 710 company has been very belligerent verbally abusive and refused to help us until we could find out about UPS to see if they were going to approve their insurance claim. UPS denied the claim twice because it was packaged so poorly on the inside of the crate. I honestly believe the product was faulty before they ever shipped it. Because when speaking with Owner at the UPS store she tried to see if the 710 company knew of anyone who could help us fix the product to make it work...he became very belligerent and said it was made in China and there was no way anyone could help us fix it. When speaking with the UPS store that the company sent it from he was very belligerent and verbally abusive to them as well. And he has done this same thing with another UPS store in that area. The company has failed to do anything to resolve this problem and I am pretty sure the whole thing has been fraudulent.

Refund I would like for them to return this broken machine and refund my money.
She is a very confused person, she constantly was very intoxicated when she called, very confused and did not understand what an insurnace claim involved for loss of damages. she was demanding, would go from lost to crying then screaming. her and her husband seemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Thank you *** at 420 Life for proving my point of how you have been verbally abusive. Those are lies. On Feb. 26th *** called me and said he was going to send out a new press. However, he never sent the tracking information. After repeated attempts to get that from him I didn't even believe he actually sent it. When I got home yesterday 3/4 there was a crate from the shipper laying on its side with obvious damage. This press wasn't bolted down either I could tell since the crate was on its side with the bottom showing. Apparently, this was delivered 3/3 by UPS without me clearly signing or inspecting it upon delivery. I reached out to UPS to see if they could send a driver to my house while I opened it. They let me know I had to contact the shipper and they (420 Life) have to file a claim. My husband received an email from 420 Life letting us know when the package was delivered the warranty is void because of this complaint. Also, a threat of a civil lawsuit for return of the broken press. This whole thing has been a nightmare. I'm afraid to contact 420 Life. I have two broken presses and I'm out $***. From a customer standpoint I should have never had to wait for the insurance claim with UPS, I should not have had to be the one dealing with UPS ( but I'm thankful for Jennifer at the UPS store because I clearly can't have an actual normal conversation with *** the person I've been dealing with at 420 Life). I'm at a loss for words. I still want my money back. I want 420 Life to schedule a pick up to pick up these two broken presses and I never want to deal with this company again.

Ok, so UPS has approved *** at 420 Life's claim. They will pick up this first press 3/13 and return it to the ups store it was shipped from. However, they can not pick up this second press because they cannot deliver to a PO BOX. I checked with USPS and they will not accept anything over 70lbs if I was to try and return it myself. I do NOT want this press. So now 420 Life has the money I paid them the money they will get from UPS for this claim, the broken press and I have a piece of worthless junk. Since I realized I'm probably going to be stuck with this press I tried to see if it works. It does not work properly. I cannot change the pressure setting so it presses at a very high tonnage which damages the product that I place on the plates. So even if I wanted to try to resale this I wouldn't because it is garbage. This company is a scam when it comes to this product they are selling. I did research and they ordered it from *** at a very low price and have marked it up tremendously. They have no knowledge of the machine or how it works and could t fix it if they wanted. This man has scammed me and UPS because this will be the second damage claim he has received from UPS that I am aware of on top of the money I paid him. I still want this second machine returned to him and a refund of my money.
