I went to the 401 Auto RV site to rebuild my credit because they said I was 100% accepted. In addition, this car dealership had the vehicle I wanted, which is why I was in Ontario even though I live in Quebec.
On 2020-07-17 I therefore went to Ontario to buy the vehicle and of course leave with it. The salesperson (***) told me that I had to give a deposit of $ ***.- and I told him I did not have $ ***.-. So he told me $ ***.- then and I told him I didn't have $ ***.- either. He then said okay first, give me $ ***.- right now and the other $ ***.- when you get your other paycheck and I finished signing. So I left without a contract and without a vehicle.
On 2020-07-22 I emailed the seller 2 times to get the information so I could get insurance and he sent me the first page with the circled information I needed to provide to insurers. Due to Covid19, the response time was longer than usual.
On 2020-07-27 I gave another deposit of $ ***.- by interac transfer and I still do not have a contract or a vehicle either. So I still have $ ***.- to give before taking possession of this one.
After several attempts with several insurers, the insurances are unfortunately too exorbitant (***), I cannot afford to pay that, I simply would not arrive and I told the seller that I wanted to cancel the contract. He told me it was too late, that the process was too late to undo everything. The primary goal was to rebuild my credit, not make it worse.
n 2020-07-31 the Bank takes the first payment of $ *** and I have not yet taken possession of the vehicle.
As of 2020-08-10 we still have no contract, no insurance and no possession of the vehicle.

No dossier : ***401 Auto RV's response does not satisfy me because insurance is still too expensive for me and I mentioned it in my email dated 2020-08-30 to Mr.So in conclusion, I reiterate my request in my email addressed to Mr. and dated 2020-08-21 to cancel the contract that I signed and that I never had since I have no insurance. Also, since a last signature was missing, the car is still in their possession and I would also like to have the $ ***.- down payment that I gave them over $ ***.- because I have no more time to devote to trying to sort this out.

We have been in contact with our customer and their lender
We have come to an agreement to release this customer from their contractual obligations on August 30th and refund their deposit.
This matter is now fully resolved

Extremely dissapointing with my entire experience at Campmart RV Kanata. Early May I decided to go look at RV's with my family, the employee that approached us by the name of *** told us to apply and see what what kind of RV he can get us. We sat with him and filled out paper work, everyday after that he called with extra info he needed for the finance companies. After 2 weeks he contacted us telling us we were approved for a preowned RV. 2 months past now Beginning of August he calls to tell us he find us a RV and to come in to see it, the following day we go and *** tells us that the RV he found us was sold but he has another one, he shows us similar models on *** but no actual pictures of the RV, he then tells us the RV is not at their location but will be delivered in 2-4 days but we need to put $2500 deposit and sign the contract so he can old it for us so we signs.
7 days past still no word on our RV, we finally get a call stating that our RV is ready to be viewed but it needs to be cleaned before they can deliver it to us. We make our way to the dealership, the *** and *** show us the RV, we accept even if the RV is not at all the one we wanted but at this point we payed for a lot at a campsite. The *** says we will have it delived in the next few days. It is now Aug 27th and still no word on delivery so I call the dealership and the *** tells me she will have someone call me back, I refused and told her I wanted to speak to someone since nobody ever calls me back. The *** comes on the line and tells me he will look into it.
Honestly this dealership has no idea what is happening.
*We never received a copy of our purchase contract.
*The never told us when our 1st payment would come out.
*The staff are very unprofessional
*The management had zero idea on what was happening with our purchase.
*** the sales associate that helped us was rude and extremely unprofessional.
I am beyond disappointed with Campmart and would not recommend.
