Said company sold me defective tires, promised to send R&L shipping company to retrieve said tires and refund my money,then failed to do so I placed an order on 6/13/for 37' Maxxis Trepador tires and trail master rims, main invoice #XXXXXXX via 4wheelparts.comThe tires were to be shipped to my local shop for installation, the tires were to be installed onto the rims and balanced via 4wheelparts before they shipped, I paid for the balancingThe tires and rims arrived at my local shop around 6/25/I subsequently brought my jeep into the shop so the wheels could be installedWhen the tires and rims were installed the tires wobbled and shook severelyWhen taken off my jeep to check to see if they were balanced there were balancing issues with all tires, out of the could not be balanced at all, the others necessitated an unusual amount of balancing weights which my mechanics said indicated inherent flaws and defectsMy mechanics spent nearly hours attempting to bal

I ordered a Jeep rear bumper on 4/and asked for special delivery as I needed it for the following SaturdayAfter I never heard back from them, and I noticed the status was "processing", I called on the morning of AprilThe customer service rep said she would have to look into it and call me backWhen I never heard from them, I called that eveningThe girl said that it looks like it's on back order and she couldn't give me an idea when I would get the bumperShe also explained that the reason why I never heard back from them was because the emails went to a facility in Ohio that they were closing down and they didn't have access to any of those emailsLame excuses and not a single apology

Took my truck in for airbag replacement on passenger side, came out with new airbag and a broken dashboard, mr Thurston believes I'm a liar and of course took no action on at least repairing it, but to his adavatage says he has video, but says oh it missing the video of the tech on the passenger sideBut what really was bad the service tech and manager confronted me in the waiting area were other customers watched as they told me that it was broken and what did they want me to do! I took my car in to *** *** to have a diagnosis on the clutch got am estimate of about $2500, that's fineI get home get to my son's side to pull him out and I see these huge scratches on my back rim and a big chunk is taken out of the front, still fresh you can still see where the curb was hitI go back to *** *** to see what they say, they offer to have a guy repair it if I spend the $fixing the car with them I said no ask you mechanic if he curbed my carminutes later the service rep came back said nope he didn't do itI asked for the manualThey all talked about minutes or so came to me and said it wasn't us, your front clip is broken, I'm like what does my bumper have to do with my rims? In November I made an automobile insurance claim on my Chevy Silverado for a blown up fuel pump*** * directed me to the Thurston Chevrolet of Ukiah, CA to have my fuel pump repairedThe dealership had my truck for three months for repairsAbout three weeks ago I was able to pick up my truck and was assured it would run as good as newA week after my truck was returned to me, it broke down and now it says engine power is reducedI called the Thurston Dealership to inform them that my truck was not correctly repaired, and in worse condition than when I gave it to themNow they are refusing to fix it

after the purchase (not on May 23rd as she states). I agreed to meet with them and did so on June 14th. So she claims she contacted me on May 23rd and then waited more than 3 weeks to bring the truck back to meet with me on June 14th and this is simply not true. The fact is she didn’t contact me ‘till more than a month after the purchase so I question her claim that they were having trouble with the truck within 10 days of purchase.2.     When they brought the truck back on June 14th she started out being very demanding so I reminded her that the vehicle was sold “as is” with no implied warranties. She states the paperwork does not reflect that which is not true, it clearly states on the Wisconsin Buyers Guide (window sticker) and the purchase contract that the vehicle was sold “as is with no warranty” and I made this very clear on the day of the sale.3.     When we met I took the truck for a test drive and found that it ran and drove just fine. Ms. [redacted] told me “it only runs rough from time to time, not always.” Ms. [redacted] also said that she had the fuel filters replaced on the truck a few weeks after the purchase, and noticed that there was water in the fuel while replacing them. I told Ms. [redacted] that she must have put some bad diesel in the truck that had water contamination. Water in the fuel on a diesel truck can definitely cause some serious problems and it should have been addressed right then instead of still driving the truck with only the fuel filters being changed. 4.     Upon close inspection I noticed that there was a small amount of coolant leaking and the check engine and ABS light was on. I advised her that I would provide a radiator, ABS sensor and a brake switch and would install the items at my garage and would only want her to pay for ½ the labor.  Her husband later picked up the parts that I provided free of charge.5.     I NEVER told her I would pay for ½ the labor for any work completed on the truck by another party.6.     She states that the vehicle was sold “under false pretenses.” This is absurd. She had plenty of time to do a carfax check on the vehicle prior to purchasing it.7.     The fact that the truck was previously owned by a construction company does not mean it was abused or make it worth any less.   I feel strongly that I was more than fair with Ms. [redacted]. I provided several parts for the vehicle that I was not obligated to do so. I am not going to take the vehicle back more than a month after it left my lot. I have no idea what they could of done with the truck during that time. The truck was sold with no warranties and that was very clear during the sale and on the contract. For her to suggest she was not aware of this is without merit and very hard to believe. The Fact that it was sold “as is” and no warranties are on two (2) documents that were signed by the buyer. Derek [redacted]High Street Auto619 N. 7/27/16 the return of $1,237.33 was completed and customer was notified by phone. This return was in addition to the original return of $1,959.95. The total of all returned items and other costs covered to $3,197.28. Original request was for $2,998.24. The consumer was satisfied with the residual amount. 4WP's is grateful that we had the opportunity to correct this error. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
