Since I have made my first purchase with 4WheelParts, I have experienced nothing but issues.

I placed my first order for 5 wheels on 5/1/2020. I placed a second order for 5 tires on 5/6/2020.

The order of wheels was delivered on 5/6/2020. When I decided to open the boxes to examine my purchase, I realized that I had received damaged wheels. I went on the website to review what steps were necessary to get them replaced. I submitted a customer contact form twice and never received a response. I eventually called and after waiting for over an hour I was able to reach a rep that told me what steps to take to get the wheels replaced. I have not taken the steps yet because I ran into another issue with this company.

For my tire order placed on 5/6/20, I was told it would taken 7-10 business days for the order to arrive at the store closest to me. After 12 business days, I reached out to the store and they told me it would take closer to 6 weeks for the items to arrive. I asked for a discount on the purchase/install being that I was not expecting the order to take that long. The manager there Jeff F, not only insulted me by calling me a man, but he made very snide sarcastic remarks in his responses to me. I asked him to cancel the order and he refused.

This by far has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with with a company and I do not suggest that anyone do business with them.

I have already spoke to Ms. and we have come to a resolution. I have ordered her a Comparable set of tires (at a discounted Price)that she has agreed to, I have her a replacement wheel coming and I have her on the schedule 6-3-2020 @ 10:30 am In Houston to Install everything for free labor.

Spent $2600 on changing the gear ratio on a 3500 ram, in august 2019,
was told the job would take 2 days, ended up being a week, In feb 2020 gears started whining on rear axle and dripping oil out of the seal after 6k miles on it, so I called 4wd to give them a chance to make this right, and was basically told to take a hike, that their warranty is only good for 3months( was never told that when purchasing) I had to pay over $1700 to get it fixed

Hello there,

My name is Austin I am the store manager at the location that the work was performed. This is the first I have heard of this particular issue and wish to know who the customer originally spoke with for disciplinary reasons. We do indeed carry a 90 day parts/labor warranty. However, there are exceptions to this. I 100% would have brought the vehicle in for us to perform a free inspection and go from there and see if a part was faulty and or installation. The customer states that he has already gone elsewhere to perform the service to get his vehicle back on the road. If that is the case I do apologize as this should have been handled at this store without this escalating. If the customer can provide a receipt of the work performed along with installation notes I will see to it that it is refunded after my review.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Take off line 3(extended warranty), 5(shop supplies), 8 and everything past it, as I had other work done as well

We purchased parts which the company advertised as having and being on sale. After the purchase, no shipping label was created. We called, to be told, "we don't have the part and may never carry the product the again!" The refund would take place in a week or so!
When asked to speak to a manager; "she will tell you the same thing!"
They're running a scam! Using customer money, for weeks at a time...read their reviews....they do this daily!!!!
We want or stolen money back! We want then investigated for this fraud! We want people protected from their scandalous scam!

Apologize for the miscommunication. There are thousands of products on the website and some become discontinued before we realize it. The money was never charged initially. The order has a hold on a approved amount but the hold drops off after a few days. If you have any further questions please contact the local store and ask for ***, store manager.

I had purchased a front bumper online to replace the damaged bumper through my insurance. Before I purchased the bumper I confirm with the business it was available they said it would take 3 to 5 business days to receive my order. They then waited 3 business days to Inform me they Were about 2 months on back order and that if I wanted my bumper on time I would have to pay an additional $180
