1) #4 Electrical have not submitted for electric permit with *** county for the dedicated 240v line
2) #4 Electrical have not completed agreed final repair to drywall following installation of charging station (they were a no-show on agreed date)
3) #4 Electrical have not completed agreed paperwork to support rebate application which #4 Electrical valued at $1000
4) #4 Electrical have not responded to any correspondence via email, sms, phone

Refund I'm seeking a refund of $1000 to cover the costs of 1) paying a reputable licensed electrician to complete permit process for 240v electric line with *** county 2) paying a reputable contractor to complete repair of drywall 3) remediation for rebates which had to be applied for within 30 days of installation
