Hello,This prospect had contacted us to be removed from our mailing list on March 5th, and then received another letter on May 13th, at which time she contacted us again to remove her from the list, which I again said we wouldWe typically print our mail about 2-weeks in advance, and send via standard mail which is a 3-day lag time from when mail is sent to when it is received. When we got her first request on May we added her to our do not mail list the list, but she must have already had other letters printed to her address at that time, which she received on the 13th and again around the 22ndWe send out about 3,letters at a time couldn't go through each one to check if she was on the list of already printed letters, which is most likely why she was mailed again 1-timesWe did, after her first request, add her to do the do not mail list and as of this week or next week records should be updated and she should not receive any additional mailWe just needed a couple weeks to be able to update our records.I also responded to her directly advising her of what had happened. Thanks Thanks
