Would recommend doing business with him 10000%.
Our complaint is the clear lack of customer service and professionalism exhibited by Mr. Dietz. We purchased a puppy back in 2011 from Mr. Dietz. At the time, we found that the pup had a hernia that needed surgery to correct. We informed Mr. Dietz about the issue and after getting no where, despite being within our warranty time frame, we chose to have the hernia fixed at our expense. To date, Mr. Dietz has failed to reimburse us or take any responsibility for the issue. That aside, we recently looked into the file and realized that we had not registered our dog with the AKC. We contacted Mr. Dietz and to our amazement, he still had the papers and was gracious enough to allow us to purchase them...at an outrageous price. The original price for the papers was to be $300, however, Mr. Dietz now feels that despite having the paperwork, he should nearly double the price to $500. We acknowledge that we failed to purchase the papers within a year and thus were elated he still had them. We sent a simple email asking why the price increased so much. To our astonishment, he was less than professional. Bear in mind, he makes nothing from these papers and they have simply been sitting in a file taking up space and have $0 value to him. After his threats to either pay his "ransom" or he would shred the papers, we quickly realized that all professionalism and business ethics would be lost in our dealings with Mr. Dietz. We have since chosen to contact the Revdex.com in hopes that perhaps a third party could bring him back to a simply ethical and professional standpoint. Mr. Dietz offered to sell us the papers at the "ransom" rat of $500 if we would send a money order. We have no confidence in his ability to adhere to a business arrangement (as he failed to with the hernia) and actually send us the paperwork once he receives the money order. It will take the oversight of a third party to ensure we receive paperwork once the money order is received. We have saved all correspondence for your review.
