What you can expect:
-Being told you are wrong by the MANAGER
-Ineffective communication methods
-$30+ fee for NOT fixing your device and a technical jargon filled explanation about why they cant fix it
-LOSING parts of your cellphone (they temporarily lost my SIM card)
Here is my experience:
April - brought phone in, quick test found that the charging base was not reading a full charge, was told it will likely be done end of day or next day, gave my email address as a main contact
April - called to find out status - was told it was not charging base and further investigation needed to be done to determine cause, check back early next week - was NOT emailed or informed about this
April - called for status update - was told that it was a board related issue and they needed my approval to BEFORE they could proceed - was NOT emailed or informed about this
April - called to get an update - Jayvon said technician assigned to my device left a note saying he needed to speak to me directly - NO attempt to email or contact me was made and was told to call back at the end of the business day or tomorrow to reach the technicianDemanded that the technician email me when he is in to inform me when he is available to call, confirmed email with Jayvon
April - Called to get an update as I did not receive an email as requested and confirmed that I was going toWas told that the technician just stepped out for a break and that Jayvon would relay the message that the technician email me to get an update
April - spoke with technician, gave confusing explanation of what was wrongHe said it was up to me but was "hoping I would end service on the device", would only dedicate minutes a day to fixing it moving forward
April - Go to pick up my SIM card to use with replacement phone - doors are shut and closed due to system rendering issuesAgain NO email was sent to notify of this issue
April - Went to get my SIM cardWas told they are closing my deviceI asked why and the MANAGER (who I spoke to on the 15th) said that's what I requestedWhen I corrected him saying that I was just coming to get my SIM card, he said I was wrong and he had "documented the conversation" Said he would continue working on itThey made me wait for minutes helping other people that came in after meThey then informed me that they cannot find my SIM cardTHEY LOST MY SIM CARDAfter minutes, they found it, and then he told me within minutes of telling me he would work on it, that he was closing the caseSo this company works on if they like someone or not
