The delivery team did some damage while delivering the customer her refrigeratorUnfortunately during this time period, the current manager at the time was not able to complete the process to finalize this claim since she was removed from this accountThe claim did not reach the current manager in place until this weekThe customer was contacted today by this current manager who found out that XPO corphad resoulved the claim days agoThe customer is being issued a check for damages by XPO and the claim is now closed
