I purchased 2 wooden LED signs from www.kutemade.com back in early May 2020. I finally received the items back in early June and they were nothing like they were advertised on their website. They are significantly smaller than I had anticipated and instead of one solid LED light color, it was multi-colored. I reach out to the customer service email who said they describe the size of their product online(which they do but I did not look carefully enough) and they have 8 random colors and cannot choose what color(s) they want(which is not described anywhere on their site, every picture shows one solid color. I still requested a refund and then they stopped responding. I made 2 more attempts to return the items in which they asked why I wanted to return them, I told them it should matter because according to their website, "Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you'd like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.". Not only did they not respond to that email, the very next day, they removed that quote from their website entirely. I then sent another email requesting a return and stated that what they are doing is considered false-advertising because the pictures advertised on their website appear larger and every single item has one solid LED color as apposed to a multi-colored sign. I have made 10-15 email attempts to request a return and refund and they have completely stopped responding to any sort of communication. Since they do not have a call center, my only choice is to email them. I would be more than willing to share with you every single email that I have sent and received from their business if need be.

I ordered a Kobe Bryant Sweatshirt on February 2 for a birthday gift. After some time I emailed for an order status. They replied that it shipped and would send me a tracking number. After a couple of days I hadn’t heard so I emailed again . My reply then was the factory was under maintenance and there is a delay. I replied with if it had shipped like they said it had then the maintenance would not effect my order because it wouldn’t be there. They replied asking me to give it more time two days ago I emailed and asked to cancel my order and issue a refund. Now they are not responding to my email. Looking at some other comments several people are having this issue one person stated they found fraudulent charges on their bank account. I’m thankful that I used PayPal and not my credit card number but I am still out the money and the sweatshirt. I want my money back if you are considering buying from this company don’t. It’s a scam
