In the beginning, 3DayReno had provided adequate communication. We were provided a list of items to choose out styles, which we provided and obtained items as requested before commencement of work.
Since the first day, there have been constant errors in the work done, which I have needed to notice myself and notify the company. The issues have been addressed, however for the past couple of weeks it has been impossible to get a clear schedule of when the rest of the work will be completed and there is clearly a disconnect between project management, and a contracted company that 3DayReno hired to do the work. We have paid the company more than the value of quoted work to be done so far, we purchased a shower door which will not fit because of poor workmanship, that now cannot be returned. We attempted resolution to this without a clear answer. In short, we were recently told that the hired trade would not be returning to complete the work and is currently unfinished. After recent feedback, we are not confident that the company is financially stable enough to arrange the completion of work as promised.
