3D Printers Online Store - Order ***
Before I ordered the printer involved I asked for when it would be shipping to me. I was told by the sales office, specifically Zander, that it would ship to me within four or five days and that was April 12th.
After several emails asking out shipping issues,, which they blamed on
Covid19, I got an email from the manufacturer that the unit would make it to the UD between May 14 to 20. On May 1st I asked them to cancel the order. I don't want this printer from them. They've been lying to me from the start, and I will refuse the equipment if it gets here. I want a refund.
Please mark this resolved with the assistance of PayPal, and UPS.
Item was shipped back to the company, at their expense, and the purchase price was refunded in full.
I ordered a Tevo Tarantula pro 3d printer from your online service. Order number ***. The status was put in complete on 12/22/2019. The status updated to processing on 12/23/2019. Then on 12/30/2019 the order says it is complete again. I have tried calling the company and get a generic responce that the party is not available right now to leave a message. I have called 4 times and left messages. No response back from the company. I started a dispute with *** for the case to get in contact with the company. got a few messages back to "I am awaiting a response from the factory warehouse to find out what the holdup is on your shipment. Please bear with me so I can find out what is happening, please." that was on 01JAN2020. they have still yet to get back to me with multiple messages sent to them. Hopefully with this complaint they will get somewhere to let me know what the hold up is. Where my tracking information is. Or anything.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Tevo has already stopped production due to unforeseen reasons. We do not have any ETA on their return. We suggest you to keep the *** dispute open until they resolve your issue or otherwise you will be refunded full by the ***.

I am rejecting this response because:
This company sent no emails about this to me that there was issues. I had to keep reaching out to them. The only time that I ever got any information from them was after I disputed the charges with ***. They have no customer service. Do not respond to emails in a timely manner. No working phone number to talk to them. And finally all they are willing to do is keep a ticket open with ***. Not refund my money until I dispute it and demand my money back. Poor customer servic .
