Absolute worst company and customer experience I have ever dealt withI gave them a $deposit in JULY and they didn't put up my fence until October and didn't finish it until NovemberThey let my permit sit on their desk for three weeks before they turned it into the countyThe owner, [redacted] (new ownerApparently the old owner ran the company wonderfully) will make any excuse for issues and then try and turn the problems around on youThey did not install our fence according to our contract and he called and threatened to put a lien on our house in a very nasty mannerHe had no idea the fence wasn't installed correctly bc the workers finished the fence and left the houseThe first installer they sent out ( [redacted] )tried to hire his "buddy" to come finish the fence- someone 3d never knew aboutThe first installer also put posts into the ground with no concrete.The second set of guys came out at about noon every day and were gone by or They left all supplies on an illegal trailer IN THE ROAD in front of my house for over a weekThe supervisor, ***, had no idea about the short hoursHe thought they were out working dawn to duskNever came by to see them working, never checked to see if we were satisfied, never called, never came back to look at the fence, never heard from them after the fence was "finished." There's no accountability and we experienced too many issues to even begin to write here I heard great things about people who dealt with the old owner but BEWARE, the company is horrible with ***, the supervisor, is also all talk, no actionThe star reviews on here are from ***'s familyWhat a jokeIF you want issues and a fence you weren't contracted for, call 3D!

Several years ago I had a 3D fence put in under the old owner of the company, they did a great job and guarantee their work Now under the new owner all they care about is building a new fence or replacing old fences and making lots of money they don't care about the quality or anything about their work! I called 3D talk to [redacted] (representative) last year in December to come out and do some repairs on my fence that 3D installedAfter calling him two times they finally sent somebody out here look at my fence said they get back to me! Never did! After calling them several other times in January they said they'd call me back in February they never called me back! I've called times since then left messages in February and they refuse or talk to me or tell me the get back to me and never do!!!! So if you want some repair work on your fence call somebody else, in fact if you want a new fence call somebody else! I've been here for years I've seen good companies go and I've seen good companies fall apart under bad managementAND if you read their ratings you'll find out is not very good!!!!

3D Fence installed a new fence on our property and damaged main power line causing $in damages
On August 16, I contacted 3D fence to install a 6' box style fence on east and west side of property as well as small section on south side of property, tying into existing neighbors fenceAfter receive a written quote, the contract was signed by us, the property owners Approval was granted by HOA and permits were pulled by 3D Fencing with the City of Vero Beach building department
On October 14, 3D fence installed the fence based on their estimate The first inspection failed due to east gate not self closing and latching with a light wind also need fill under the fence on the left side of the gate to meet the inch minimum 3D Fence returned to property making the requested changes and subsequently passed the final inspection with the City of Vero Beach building department
On December 22, I received a phone call from lease agent, the tenants contacted

The man who came out to install the fence was the most rude,angry and violent person that I have ever dealt with as far as a company goesHe was so threatening that we had to call the police, because we could not get in contact with the owner,but mysteriouslyâ??,the owner showed up for him after everything was said and doneHe never once asked us what happened,if we were ok,or anything elseThis is the most unprofessional business that I have ever seen and if this is the type of employees they have,then I strongly fear for the safety of the general public at largeI pray that no one ever has to experience what I myself and many others experienced from the employee of this companyNot only should he be fired,but he should be jailed for his violent behaviorThis was a horrible experience to say the least

3d fencing completed my fence job in Port StLucie today What an exceptionally professional job! The installer was excellent, meticulous, and had a wonderful (not easily found today) work ethic Numerous neighbors have already complimented their work Even people who live blocks away heard of the project and also stopped by to contribute their compliments THANK YOU

I was glad I chose 3D to install my fence. I had gotten a quote from another fencing company that was outrageously higher. It did take awhile to get the permit, however, once the permit was processed, the job was completed very quickly. The two gentlemen who did the installation were very efficient. Thank you, [redacted] and your staff for a great job!
