www.3balls.com has not refunded my money on an immediate prompt return of items purchased that were the wrong size. They have been in possession of returned items for 2 weeks and their policy according them: is a 5 day process once the items are received. They have exceeded their policy and still have my money. I just want my money refunded promptly!!!
