360 Painting of Strongsville
Working with this company has been a nightmare! It started with the salesman who walked through the project with my brother and I and indicated that his staff could handle the work that we needed to have done. He indicated that it would be a 2-3 day job. Part of the Scope of Work was to remove wallpaper in the kitchen and the small bathroom. I specifically said that I had no idea what the walls were like behind the wallpaper. He assured me that the crew could handle whatever it was. He gave us all of the details including the cost. We were in agreement with that dollar amount. Once work began, the job lead was here off and on throughout the job. The 2 gals who were doing the painting were new to the task and left relatively unsupervised. They had semigloss paint sporadically on the same walls as matte paint and had semigloss paint sporadically used on the ceilings that were supposed to be done with flat paint. Halfway through tearing out an existing fireplace wall and fireplace, we were informed that the crew was not equipped to actually take out the fireplace itself or do what was needed to seal the roof. These were specifically requested at the time of the initial contact with the salesman. His response at that time was "Yes, my crew can do that." So work had to stop on that room and my brother had to purchase the tools needed to finish that part of the job. My brother also had to remove the fireplace and figure out a way to close the hole in the roof until a roofer could be procurred. We were then asked by the crew where our dumpster was. We had been of the understanding that the dumpster was to be provided by the company and had been figured into the original bid that we were given. Finally on day 12 with SO much work left to do and the realization that this crew did not have the skill set needed to properly do the job, I told them to stop work. There was a thorough walk through with the crew, the salesman and the company owner. I indicated all areas of concern and said that this crew was not up to the job as promised by the salesman. Neither the salesman or the owner offered any apology or explanation. Everyone left. A few days later we received a Change Order which we mistakenly took as an offer to reduce the original quoted amount. We thought the matter was settled. It was far from settled. What the Change Order did was to add ADDITIONAL charges to the original quote! The Change Order was not in any way reflective of any changes that WE made to the original Scope of Work. They were changes the COMPANY had to make in order to be compliant with the original bid. Like the cost of the dumpster and the cost of purchasing the CORRECT paint when the incorrect paint was delivered. In the end, we were being billed for over $15,000.00! We had already paid over $6,500.00. There were a few phone conversations between my brother and the company owner to try to resolve the issues. Long story short, within 60 days my account was turned over to collection without any willingness to compromise from the company. We remain in dispute with this company. Fortunately, we have pictures to document the issues. I have included a few pictures to showcase the quality or lack there of in the work that was done. Quite honestly, I could have done this type of work myself for free! We did not hire "professionals" to do this job only to have the work in large part done by apprentices. Would the owner of this company be satisfied if this work was done in his house? Since then, we had to hire another painter to come and fix both the damages done and the work not able to be completed by this company. I am beyond frustrated! Please, please, please be aware of this if you are contemplating hiring them!

We are currently in a very similar position with 360 Painting of Strongsville. I know other people who have also been "scammed" in this manner. Please reach out and hopefully we can put pressure on 360 corporate to address these deficiencies. We are in the process of preparing to sue 360 corporate over the work of 360 Painting of Strongsville. Find my contact information at GreatLakesREIA.com - Zach

BE WARNED!!!
The bad review above pretty much sums it up.
It took almost a year for the completion of my house and lanai to be painted. I signed the contract in March, they didn't start until the end of July. The owners, Jeff and Emily know nothing about painting. This is where I failed. I should have asked better questions in the beginning, like what experience do you/your family have with painting? NONE. They bought a franchise (like others they own) to make a quick buck and hired lazy, questionable painters. Then they switched the paint I requested (asked for Sherwin Williams, got a cheaper version).
My lanai furniture set in the yard for 2 weeks, rained on and ruined. They destroyed my children's inflatable slide by dragging it out the door then stepping on it (also left the pump in the rain, ruined). They painted plants to the house and even painted over a bees nest near my front door! They were careless in every way, even painting my brand new white gutters blue! The painted half way up the window trim and left the top half undone. They completely skipped the frame around my 3 door slider, which is big.
They broke my front door knob three times, trying to fix it with a band-aid solution like they did everything else. When I requested licensed locksmith to come and fix it, a guy in a WaWa shirt shows up with a lock Emily ordered from Amazon. Everything was a band-aid solution, including when a gallon of white paint was spilled all over my teak wood lanai furniture, cushions, pillows, bird cage, mini fridge, tables and TV stand (which was already ruined from being in the yard)...even my ladder, which they didn't even clean up. Emily fixed the problem by washing the covers and scrubbing the furniture after she googled how to do it. The furniture is ruined, white washed areas where she cleaned and some still have paint on them. She brought over 360 tumblers (like I would promote them after all that), accent pillows from her own home and a used candle to make it all better!
The workers swore they could not paint the lanai until it was dry for 24 hours or it would bubble. Then time started running out because 360 had overbooked themself, so after spilling water all over the end of the lanai they painted it as soon as it dried, 3 hours later. A month later the area that was wet then painted over bubbled right up! It was repainted again) and today, (6/22) I moved some furniture to discover the same are was chipping paint and bubbling yet again.
This is what prompted me to write a review.
I reached out to them, sent pictures of the chipped paint/bubbling. CRICKETS.
Let me end with the owner, Jeff, who in the beginning of this process SCREAMED at me over the phone, using foul language and acted like a child having a tantrum. Apparently this is typical behavior for him according to his employees. It was so bad that had he been in person, I would have called the police. He was that threatening.
They booked the job at my house, went out of town on vacation and didn't give a st what went down while they were gone. They left an 18 year old and his brother in-law who didn't speak English and neither had any painting experience to do the job. The "supervisor" was MIA. The issues lasted months and are still occurring. The only thing I can say is they were cheap. Pay a little more and get good customer service and a company that knows what they are doing, who will back their work. They grab the check and run.
I held off writing this, but after still having negative issues, I felt others should be warned. I wish I had been! I texted them about the current situation, CRICKETS.
I tried uploading photos, but am getting a system error.
360 Painting in Sarasota, FL is a JOKE.

360 painting of Sarasota
We paid $7332.18 for an absolutely hellish experience. We hired the company to remove popcorn ceiling, paint the ceiling, and paint the entire unit while we were out of state. The company did a catastrophic job They sent workers without the necessary expertise to do the job properly and there was inadequate supervision and inspection from management during the painting process and especially at the end of the project. If there had been adequate oversight, 360 painting wouldn't have presented this catastrophic painting job as the final outcome. .I came into town to discover the following (all documented):
* 360 Painting painters had not removed all the residual glue left on the walls when removing the wallpaper and in certain places had not removed all the wallpapers and just painted over. The walls of both of the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the bar area looked horrific.
* Parts of the ceiling in the entire unit were cracked like alligator skin after the popcorn ceiling was removed.
* There was still residue of popcorn ceiling on parts of the ceiling.
* Most of the walls of the unit were covered up with splatters of paint
* The Master Bedroom and its hallway were painted with the wrong color.
The owner's initial reaction is to always be defensive and accusatory.. He ended up apologizing and promised to correct the job in a quick turn around. Because he apologized, my husband and I decided to give him a second chance, as we believe that everyone deserves one.
As a conclusion, 360 painting of Sarasota, owned by Jeff:
* Destroyed our family vacations during the holidays--priceless!
* Prevented us from putting our unit on the rental market for the month of January as planned and lost January rent --high season rent on Longboat Key.
* We lived in a construction site from December 21, 2020 till January 9, 2021 (talk about a quick turn around!) with walls being sanded and dust being everywhere, brand new furniture being covered with plastic and still covered with sanding dust, no access to the kitchen for days, and access only to one bathroom for a family of 5.
* We had to dine out three times a day while the kitchen was closed off.
* My eleven year old has allergies and had to suffer throughout our stay.
* I had to send my kids back with my husband to our home town, hire a babysitter for 8 days, and stay behind to make sure that the work will be done
* I had to change my plane ticket and incur a fee
* I had to rent a car for an extra 8 days.
* I had to wait for the rescheduling of the cleanup because Jeff knowingly misled the cleaning lady by telling her that it was a regular clean up instead of a construction clean up, even though she asked him twice. Because of this rescheduling, I only had one day left to stage the house for the February rental before I leave town the very next morning.
* I had to go scrub the brand new tiles and vinyl plank floors to try to salvage them from the paint with no success. I spent thousand of dollars for tiling the bathrooms and installing brand new high end Coretec Vinyl plank that are now damaged! He dismissed the reality of the situation that it was too late to save the grout and the grooves of the vinyl planks as the paint was absorbed and casually said that he can send someone to clean up, No concern or apologies. Too little, too late.
* I couldn't finish staging the unit for February because I was cornered in a way where time was just too short to finish everything. Now I have to come back in February and finish the staging, so another monthly high season rental is out of the window.
360 Painting of Sarasota cost us so much emotional and physical distress and so much money as well. Jeff was only worried about how much it was costing him to fix his OWN mistakes at our expenses. It never occurred to him to think that a financial re-arrangement is warranted given everything he puts us through. HORRIFIC!

+1

Great Overall Experience
My overall experience was pleasant. Right out the door I felt comfortable with the sales agent/estimator. What pleased me the most is I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. They gave me three possible options on the spot so I didn't have to wait three or four days. Basically me and my husband decided that night and went with 360 Painting. The price was a few hundred dollars more but I felt better with them being in my house and the fact that they use Sherwin Williams Paints. My house looks so much better. Thanks Rico and his paint crew!

This complaint is unjust causeThe client signed a legal binding contract on September 16, and 30% down of $per the contract agreement paid on October 5, At that time all crews were committed to current jobs and were completing prior commitment jobsOn October 17, 2017, I was
able to pull one team from another crew to power wash the exterior of the homeI personally spent hours removing wallpaper from the interior walls to prepare for the interior paint team to just paint the wallsThe client cancelled on me twice after purchasing the paint and labor of the project had already startedThe exterior teams were delayed on other projects due to rain and fog which leaves condensation on exterior surfaces to keep a delay for applying paintAs painters, late in the season we are not able to control the weather forecastShe had cancelled the services on a Saturday by text message, but knowing that the crew will be their on MondayBecause of the first cancellation I scheduled a crew to another projectWhen she decided to continue with our services I had to rework the crew in the schedule to start on that Tuesday, but on our way out she cancelled the projects again. I have attached the details of the paint cost and labor that had been provided to take care of the interior/exterior jobsThe client owes $for labor and materials (paint) for the project. Sincerely, Robbie A***

The main problem with 360 Painting of SRQ is their need to not accept responsibility when they screw up or lack follow through. It is always someone else's fault and many times they will blame the customer. The ability to gaslight a situation is amazingly well done. Scheduling and organization is not a strength either. Issues with NOT providing sound, clear communication is astounding.

We were thrilled that Randy, Jessica, Terry and entire 360° team painted all our interior walls in four days They did an excellent job and paid attention to all the details I highly recommend their 360° team for interior painting

I live in Lake Mary Florida (Central FL) and attempted to get a quote from 360 Painting (Tim Blasing) for an interior job. We just built a new house and wanted to get the whole interior painted. I contacted Tim Blasing (area franchisee) and scheduled an estimate appointment for 5pm the next day. I arrived at my new home at 4:30pm to go over a few things with the superintendent while I waited. At 5:30pm Tim still had not arrived, so I went home. The next morning (8:30am) , I called the 360 Painting office and spoke with Maria. When I asked her why Tim didn't show, she said "yes, he wasn't able to make it to your appointment." When I asked why he didn't show or call call to let me know, She said "I don't know". I then asked for Tim's cell number but Maria wouldn't give it to me. She said she doesn't give his cell number to customers. A little frustrated with her response, I then asked her to have Tim give me a call back. At 5pm, I called the 360 Painting number again and again spoke with Maria. I asked why Tim never called me today. Her response was that he hasn't come into the office yet. Again, a little shocked, I asked if Tim has a cell phone. She said he did, so I asked why she hadn't relayed my message. Again, adding to my frustration, I finally asked her to contact Tim and have him call me.

I then called the corporate office of 360 Painting and spoke with Tara. She was very nice said she would look into it and call me back. Unfortunately, 360 Painting is a franchise company that sells their business to franchisee's by zip code. So if I wanted to go with their company I would have no choice but to use Tim.

Looks like I am taking my $4,000+ job to either Certa Pro Painters or Century Home Painters or 5 Star Painting. They were nice enough to show up to our appointment.

We were thrilled that Randy, Jessica, Terry and entire 360° team painted all our interior walls in four days. They did an excellent job and paid attention to all the details. I highly recommend their 360° team for interior painting.
