Their "service" didn't resolve any of my credit problems or help my score Tried to cancel my account several times and ended up paying for multiple months of "service" even after trying to cancel
On 4-6-Credit consulting spoke to the clientWe resolved the issue with the client and we are refunding the client month of service for the mishap
We have reached out to the client multiple times over the past days to clear up any issues or concerns the clients hasWe habe always tried to go above and beyond to ensure all of our customers our satisfied with our servicesPlease have the client give us a call to resolve any of the issues

Hello,The staff at credit consulting try several times to resolve this issue with the customer yesterdayThe client was enrolled in our credit correction program for months and we removed several negative and erroneous accounts from her credit reportOverall the client had awesome results in
our program from the work our Company completedThe client is upset because she believes all the items that were removed and corrected from her credit report was from her doing and our Company did nothingThat is just not true at all and I would be happy to talk about specifics with the clientI left the client a voicemail today to discuss the specifics in which our Company has help her credit report and scores. At this point, we have waived the final payment for the work the Company already had completed this monthCredit Consulting would be more than happy to discuss this issue further

I am rejecting this response because: They are lying they did not fix erroneous items on my credit fileThey fixed things on my hisbands credit file and thing were deleted I even question it and they had our information mixed upI have proof everything they submitted was sent back erroneous and frivolousI was the only one that removed anything from my credit fileThey are lying and using information I sent them and correspondence from the creditors on my credit report to say they did it but I have proof because I called into and sent letters to all creditors and they responded via email and letter in response to my own self credit repairThis includes inquiries late paymentsThe company did not try to resolve the issue I have not received any callI still havent recieved a call but constant email communitcation which is the most since I started in the programI also have every email correspondance everytime I inquired about my credit file.And nothing was successfulwaiving final payment does not remedy the situationRefunding me for what I paid them to do in my file only is what I am asking forI have proof evern from mortgage officer. It all un professional and I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to fix or communicate.

Tried to cancel my account several times and ended up paying for multiple months of "service" even after trying to cancel.
We spoke with the client today and resolved the issue and complaint by refunding the client 2 months of service. Our goal here at 360 credit consulting is to have happy and fulfilled clients. If there are anymore questions or concerns, please reach out to our support staff. Thank you.
