I normally do not write reviews. However, 32 degrees is an exceptional company. Not only are they professional, but they cleaned up after themselves better than when they started. They worked 12 hours days to make sure we had our AC up and running as it was over 90 degrees in my home. If I could give six star review this would be it.

We recently had a new heat/air conditioning system installed in our home. After obtaining several estimates, we selected 32 Degrees Heat & Air owned by Ben B. On meeting Ben it became clear to us that he was an amazing person with an exceptional work ethic, honest, takes pride in his work and extremely knowledgeable. We were right! Ben also worked on getting us the best price on a Trane unit. He took meticulous care in installing the system. My husband and I have never seen such workmanship. Ben does not sub the work out but he installs the system with an associate, and will give as much time as it takes to make sure all the dots are connected. After the system was installed, the work area was left spotless. If you are looking to replace your system you will be very pleased with Ben owner of 32 Degrees. His company definitely deserves a 5 star plus rating.

32 Degrees replaced our home thermostat system. This was a complicated procedure because we have four zones in our house. The technician, Ben B, arrived on time at 9:00 am and worked straight through the day until 4:00 in the afternoon, when the job was completed (and all debris cleaned up). He explained exactly how the new system worked and answered all questions we had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing such service.

I can't say enough good things about Ben (the owner). He came to the rescue when a previous HVAC tech from a different company couldn't figure out what was wrong with our unit. He is an expert in his field, and it really shows. Numerous deficiencies were identified and explained in layman's terms that were easy to understand. I'm sitting in my air conditioned house right now when I wasn't before he responded. Again, very professional, courteous, prompt, and most of all an expert in his field. He earned our business for as long as we live in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This company was sent out by my insurance company. Ben & Samuel did an amazing job at fixing another Contractor's bad work! They take pride in what they do and do it VERY Professionally. Their Customer Service and experience is also on point. They even followed up days AFTER the work was done. My insurance company didn't even bother to do that.
I HIGHLY recommend them. Two thumbs up.
