NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A SIMPLE EXCHANGE WITH 32 BAR BLUES WAS WORST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN A LONG TIME. A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER THAT NEVER GETS ANSWERED, AND DON'T BOTHER LEAVING A MESSAGE BECAUSE THEY WON'T RETURN IT. SAME APPLIES TO EMAILING THEM, NO RESPONSE. I FINALLY CALLED THEIR ORDER NUMBER WHICH THEY PICKED UP RIGHT AWAY AND ASKED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASKED WHY MY RETURN THAT UPS SHOWED THEM RECEIVING A WEEK EARLIER HAD NOT BEEN PROCESSED WHERE I ENCOUNTER A SNOTTY 20 SOMETHING TELLING ME THAT EXCHANGES TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS WHERE AS I TOLD HER TO JUST FIRST CREDIT MY ACCOUNT AND THEN CLOSE IT AS THESE IS WHO THINK THEY CAN RUN A BUSINESS WITHOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT DESERVE MINE OR YOUR BUSINESS. TRY CARBON 2 COBALT FOR COMPARABLE MERCH AND IN MOST CASES BETTER PRICES.
I FOR ONE REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH AN ONLINE VENDOR WHO CANNOT EXECUTE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS AN EXCHANGE WHICH IF YOUR LIKE MYSELF HATE MAKING BUT IS PART OF BUYING ONLINE. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERIOR I WAS TOLD THEY WERE BUSY AND YES YOU GUESSED IT THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THIS COMPANY IS ROTTEN FROM THE TOP DOWN.

HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY
Cloths are very expensive and cheaply made. They look nice BUT they are cheap. Here is the kicker though...along with a bunch of other items I ordered a pair of shoes for $110 which didn't fit. Returned them and was only credited $107.59. So I called them and they said they charged for a label to return. I told them that was ridiculous and the girl could not have cared any less. I told them I would never shop with them again and the girl was like ...,"okay". I'm finished with 32BarBlues. Do NOT shop here.
