On August 02, 2014, [redacted], booked with us a 30 Yard Dumpster to be delivered on the same day to [redacted] - 5 Ave, [redacted]...

[redacted] We delivered the dumpster on the same day. [redacted] was informed and agreed to pay for the following costs:
1. $365.78 Per Lift for each 30 Yard dumpster;
This included the delivery and removal of the bin;
1 metric tonne of material. (Every additional tonne is $142.00 Per metric tonne);
3 days rental included (Every additional day is $25.00 per day thereafter);
A $200.00 Bin Deposit;
On Aug 02, 2015, we attempted to charge Mr.[redacted]'s credit card for the bin and the deposit. Mr.[redacted]'s credit card declined. We attempted again to charge the charge and the charges went through for $365.78 and the $200.00 deposit.
We removed the bin on August 19, 2015. We dumped the bin and the weight of the bin was 5.5 metric tonnes. One metric tonne of material was included in the original cost for $365.78. Therefore we invoiced Mr. [redacted] for 4.5 additional metric tonnes for $639.00. We also charged the customer for additional rental days. Mr. [redacted] had the bin for 12 additional days charged at $25.00 per day. The total additional rental was $300.00. Mr.[redacted]'s total invoice for these charges was $985.95.
On August 19, 2015, we attempted to charge the Mr.[redacted]'s credit card for the invoice of $985.95. The credit card declined. We attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] by phone and email to collect the outstanding monies owing.
On January 12, 2015, we attempted to charge Mr.[redacted]'s credit card for we are to obtain the following payments that went towards his outstanding balance of $985.95;
Jan 12, 2015: Charged the card for $200.00; The charges went through;
Jan 12, 2015: Charged the card for $100.00; The charges went through;
Jan 12, 2015: Charged the card for $200.00; The charges went through;
On January 21, 2015; 310-DUMP charged Mr. [redacted]'s credit card again for the remaining balance. The charges that were processed were for $285.95 and 105.43.
To summarize basically, the services were rendered in August 2014, however, we were unable to completely obtain all of the outstanding monies to 310-DUMP, until January 2015, as this is when the charges cleared from Mr.[redacted]'s credit card.
