I took my *** tablet to 30minirepiar to be repaired on Feb. 16th as it had a cracked screen.I went through a checklist with the gentleman at the counter stating everything worked on it,the screen cracked and case popped open on one side. I was told it would be finished in 1hr. I returned for it in 3 hours and was told the glue wasn't dry yet. I waited in the store for another 35 mins. And then they gave it to me with rubber bands all around it.one of the guys said he didn't know why the glue not drying. When I tried to use my tablet the next day I noticed my screen popping out as well as something under the glass and my bottom sensor buttons didn't always work. On Feb 23rd I was able to take it back in to them as I had the day off work. I showed him the problem with the buttons snd he quickly responded with its the motherboard. I told him I had researched it online and it was a touchscreen problem as the glass is popping out. I then showed him the dpots under the glass, his responce was its dirt as they do not have a dirt free workshop. After I explained I have a 90 day warranty and I wanted it fixed they took it and I had to ask for some kind of documentation that I had dropped it off and didn't leave till I received a paper stating I had left it there on which he wrote "virtual buttons". I picked it up the following morning and when I showed him the buttons still didn't work he then told me the battery was older and I just need to power it down and start it up again and they will work. I showed hid the dirt was still there and the same glue around the edges. ***. Now when you use it even if you touch the back of the tablet the screen minimizes and restores.
Other (requires explanation) I would like my money $110.94 back as I will have to go someplace else to have it repaired
