This company has properties listed for rent even after they are no longer available. Yet they still charge a nonrefundable application fee. If that wasn’t bad enough they charge two fees for a married couple. After trying to resolve this mistake on the phone they were extremely rude. Told us that the property was no longer available so we were out the money as they quickly hung up. The property that’s not available is still listed as available online. It’s been listed as available on their *** page since October 16, 2019 and is still listed as available even after they mentioned it was no longer available on the phone. A total sham. This company is dishonest & rude. They are ripping people off & scamming so many out of $39 application fees. Each time a couple is interested in renting a property from them they are scamming $78. Think about how much this one property has made them in the 5 months it has been listed. Absolutely sickening.
