Tom (owner) did a new furnace install for meit wasn't an emergency, so I was able to get several quotes from HVAC contractorsHe was: - More thorough in his assessment than all of the other contractors in sizing the unit and evaluating the overall system - He quoted in writing and e-mail - He scheduled and installed when he said he would - He did what he said he was going to do - He charged what he quoted - He respected my property Overall, my experience with Heating and Air was an extremely good experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new furnace
