I am rejecting this response...

because: in depth research into the past dealings and fraudulent history of '303 Glass' has confirmed that this business and its owner, [redacted], are completely fraudulent. I have overwhelming evidence that this business has defrauded countless individuals like myself, even selling generic window tint as 3M quality tint! I have every intention of sueing '303 Glass' in a court of law and filing a police report about their fraudulent activities. Several witnesses are also involved in indentifying this fraudulent businesses activities. This business has made absolutely zero effort to repay my promised refund and has no intention of doing so, as the owner has a long history of fruadulent activity, even of which he has a criminal history for. Please take my complaint seriously as more and more customers are having to resort to legal action against this business as long as it remains active.
