(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) [redacted] presented himself as working for AutoHe even had an office thereHe told me he used the plates from the business when he took the RV outI believed that I was buying the RV from a reputable person associated with AutoThey even had to move several other vehicles to even get the RV out for me to driveBecause [redacted] was an employee of Auto and because he used other employees to install the defective camera, I believe that Auto is responsible for the expenses that I have had because of defective merchandise and poor workI did not say that I would try to contact [redacted] ! It is sad that the owner of Auto had a falling out with [redacted] , however, I still believe that an owner is responsible for the sales that his employees make and thus has some responsibility for this problemA business owner should know what is going on in his business and take responsibility for problems

The RV that I purchased was stored at AutoI drove it with plates from AutoThe checks were made out to *** ***, who represented himself as an employee and partner of AutoDoes this mean that Auto allows people to come in off the street, have an office there and sell private vehicles? Not good business practice!! If Auto had not heard of me, they would have responded differently to the first complaintAuto does not want to take responsibility for their employee's actionsI am sorry that Auto had problems with this person and that I am stuck in the middleI do believe that if Auto allowed *** *** to work for them and sell vehicles for them that they are responsible for that saleI was lied to and cheated by *** *** about an RV that was sold from the property of Auto and by a representative of that company and believe that the company is responsible for that saleAn ethical company will take responsibility for their employees!
